Plenty of their hand tools are fine for most folks. I have some HF stuff, especially in back up tools like in the camper and it all works. If I was a professional mechanic, probably not, but for a homeowner they are fine. Same reason I rock Ryobi. Ryobi is a sister company to Milwaukee, so there is some value engineering done I am sure.

Icon at HF is really nice BTW. Like some already said, on par with Snap On. Kinda a ripoff of Snap On (Chinese can never make up their own stuff, can they?)

I bought one a few days before Black Friday (20% off for inside club)
I love this Jack. Are you, saying the Jack isn’t,as,shitty as before, or harbour frieght in general? I thought this was a newer Jack?

Picked up the HF survival kit. Doubt I’ll ever use it but for $25 it’s hard to beat.

Harbor freight in general, the Bad Land Jack is freaking awesome. Received mine about a week ago. I’m impressed with the overall quality of the Jack. Back in the days, Harbor Freight was know as Horror Freight.

im Canadian so harbour frieght is considered a treat, lol.

the badlands Jack is fantastic. HF is hit and miss. Somethings are a no brainer, and some,of the stuff I won’t touch.

but absolutely they are upping the game.

I usually buy HF first. If I use the tool enough that it needs replacing I buy “better”. If not, then I didn’t need anything “better” in the first place

The Badlands Jack is back on sale. I'm going to pick one up next week.

Those of you that bought them. Any reviews after a couple months of use? It just going to be using it in the garage/drive way mainly.

I’ve had mine for a couple of months. Changed my parents winters, and I needed to take a tire off to fix a bumper. Very happy with the Jack.

Highly comparable to the more expensive Pro Eagle. The Badlands jack comes with a carry handle whereas the Pro Eagle doesn't. Biggest difference is you get a 3 ton jack cheaper than the other guy...about $250-300 cheaper.

I bought my 2 ton Pro Eagle from Discount Tire when I saw it on eBay. They sold it to me for $400.

    Too many, but not enough....
I just bought the badlands jack as well. Got tired of using blocks as extensions lol. This thing is a tank. It honestly looks like it can hold 6 tons. I was shocked at the size of it. I'm going to use it soon for rotation.

Badland,Jack is worth it just for the large wheels alone. Very easy to maneuver around.

and the height without wood blocks is a bonus.

Got put through the wash down at the Harbor. Went in just to grab the steamer but walked out with all of this. Everything was 40% off so I went a little overboard. Came out to ~$200 and some change.

Anyone have a 20 or 25 off coupon?
I’m looking to get a big generator and that will help out big time.
