I grew up in Charleston and Summerville. Used to 4 wheel and do poker runs up in those areas on my dirt bike. That was a life time ago.

I would love to have a SXS to play with in all those areas. We did Windrock a couple months back and saw some badass rigs. Other half vetoed that bc I have another expensive hobby already with fishing.

Thanks, yes she is fine and had to crawl out through the sunroof.

The GX on the other hand is finished and we are not sure about the insurance payout yet but they are trying to screw her over it feels like.
They deducted things from the payout that they clearly just didn't see somehow and are acting like they are doing her a favor somehow by them being stupid!?

Anyway that beast saved her I am certain!

So if your 460 throws P0441 codes you won't be able to put it into 4lo or take it out 4lo. Ask me how I know.
To get your 460 out of 4lo, park the vehicle, turn it off. Disconnect the negitive battery terminal for about 2 minutes and reconnect the terminal. Start the vehicle put into 4hi before the P0441 code reappears. This will get you home.
It was not my gas cap, bought a new one. So it goes into the shop this week. It still drives good. Just flashing lights and no eco mode.

Nice to find this corner of the forum. Tundras and GXs go well together. Thinking about lifting my wife’s and adding some wheels/tires. Might have to do the 2020 grill as well.

The forum search is shit as I couldn't find this thread the other day even though it's in builds. :anonymous:
Trying out the CBI Off-Road sliders. I don't think they are as stout as the P&P on my Tundra but we'll see.

Are these welded or bolt-on? I saw a set recently that were bolt-on with u-bolts around the frame - still not sure what to think of that.

They are bolt on. There are a shit ton of holes but only some are threaded and ~9mm. passenger side has about 10 bolts into the frame, driver is 8ish. didn't count. Mounting plate is not very thick, maybe 1/8". Thy look good though.:fingerscrossed:

Picked up a gx for the wifey about 3-4 weeks ago. We like it so far. We did some highway driving with a good bit of around town and averaged 18.5mpg. that's impressive in my book. It's comfortable and rides/ drives nicely. In the first few weeks I decided it needs some upgrades.

I started designing a roof rack and the profile is pretty close. My extrusion should be here next week and I should have the mounting brackets figured out next week sometime too. It obviously needs all the pretty cute and everything too. I was planning either 3/16" or 1/4" aluminum for the side rails, 1/8" aluminum for the front and optional back crossmembers, and 1/8" steel or stainless for the mounting brackets.
    Should be fun.

Got the Rokmen rear UCA, LCAs, panhard bar and KDSS spacers installed. The Rokmens are a lot beefier, adjustable, fixed my pinion angle.

Never mind the dirt, dents and scratches. They have been strategically placed.

Here is my old one. My bro bought it from me recently but recently got a Tundra as well. It's for sale again... Let me know if anyone is interested or has any questions. Still the most underrated, reliable, and capable vehicle for the money in my opinion. It was a good kept secret for a long while
