Nice, wish I could try my hand at 1000yd but very few ranges here go beyond 300, and I don’t know anyone with that much private land

That was going to be my suggestion was private land, maybe farmer would like to lessen his groundhog pop. Ha ha. On another note did you see or hear any difference with K&N filter?

Difference is negligible, but I do get a little whistle from the air box when I really get on the throttle. Maybe when I get my duals on this summer I’ll see more of a change

Good choice on the Maverick. Mine is coming up on 13,000 rounds through it. Only cleaned it once since the 5000 round point, and that was just a rinse to get Alberta muskeg mud off it.

Mine is the house protector with 30 rounds of buck shot down the pipe to make sure it works. Then a shot or 2 1once in a while to make sure it still works if had it for 6 years now paid penuts and it's done its job.

Good stuff. Have no fear of giving it a work out. I'd take mine to war, a zombie apocalypse or just blasting clays any time. In all the abuse and negelect I've given it, I've never had a part break or fail. The follower and mag spring wore out at about the 8000 rounds point. Mossberg sent me parts for free when I told them what I was doing with the gun. I ended up using a S&J Hardware No Jam follower, but I use Mossberg's spring and kept right on going.

OK, the bull barrel threw me off. I've got the RPR in .308, I thought at the time I bought it 6.5 was going to be a fad and ammo was going to be hard to find in a couple years so stuck with .308. Money at 300 but it's the farthest I've been able to shoot.

LIONIX hello that rifle is a beast I have shot it to 12 to 1300 and for such a long distance it's almost a tac driver not going to lie to you it is custom ammo but my friend that makes the ammo for is has shot my rifle all the way to 1600 yards and the results are not all that bad at 1600 made a group of 4"

Love shooting the RPR, accurate right out of the box. Can only get out to 300 here in MA, but I've watched vids of people taking them out 1000+.

When I first got the rpr 6.5 I took it to a range that the rifle range was like 150 yrds at the furthest so when I started shooting the targets they were getting knocked down so they came to check my ammo and tryed the rifle them self you know the range officer and told me I could not shoot that rifle there cause it has too mutch terminar force at such a short distance.:infantry::fenforcer::muscleflexing:

    Very interesting. o_O

    1/2 MOA at a mile (1760 yards) is 9”.
    What’s the B.C. on these 6.5’s?

The 6.5 Creed is a very neat round. I run one as well for hunting.
The 6.5 is nearly the same energy as the .308 at 150.
