And so much fun to shoot. I ran 150rnds in fifteen minutes the other day. Just plinking steel after I confirmed zero. Just a joy to run.

Looks very lightweight. Let me know when that one might need to go to make room for more...

Ok I had to send my shotgun off to have a company fix an issue with the stock that was a result of a class action lawsuit against Browning. It ended up being a company named Duralast and the stock was cool because it felt like it was rubber coated and felt good in the hand. Then some ‘stuff’ started leaking out of the material and made it really sticky everywhere. When something gets on it, good luck removing it. Well she was returned home to me today. Do I like the new stock? Hell no, not what I bought when I paid for this thing. It is a cheap plastic stock that in my opinion is going to make noise going through brush or the like.

I still love the gun, fastest shooter I ever had!

That bears a striking resemblance to the stock on the Remington Nylon 66.

One last spot for a pending form 1 SBR w/ 11.5in Larue predatAR to round out the set. Sent the uppper to chop boss on IG but taking quite a long time to arrive.

I like the gallowtech panels but good lord are they pricey.

What's your feedback on the Rugged Obsidian 9?? If you don't mind sharing what you've run it on (pistol vs. SBR, etc...) Any dislikes about it or 'wished this or that was better'???

I'm rather embarrassed to admit that I haven't been to the range much since I got all my form4's back.

    I have 3 9mm cans for 3lug. The 3rd is a GemTech Lunar 9. I have to do a range day soon.

Ok, here goes a big photo dump in no particular order.

CMMG Colt-pattern 9mm SBR 5.5" bbl, Bowers Group VERS-9. This is stupid quiet, like quieter than a mouse fart in church.
    9mmsbrbowers3.jpg

5.56 SBR with PDW stock. 7.5" Noveske Diplomat barrel, Silencerco Saker ASR. This thing is good enough to hit a garbage-can lid size target at 200yds with iron sights.
    556PDWSBR.jpg

Sig Sauer P322 rimfire with one of my rimfire cans, and a Holosun RDS.
    2022-05-10 11.12.04.jpg

    Ruger GP100 .357 Magnum
    2022-08-06 12.22.02.jpg

FMProducts FMP9 SBR with GemTech Lunar9 3lug can, PDW stock, Sig Romeo5, Modlight
    2023-04-17 10.48.36-1.jpg

10.5" AR-15 SBR Noveske N4 MG barrel steel, Modlight, Vortex RDS (not seen DBAL with visible green laser, IR laser, IR illuminator), Surefire 556-212B
    2023-09-10 11.26.47.jpg

Coppola T4 aka Turknelli 12ga. Enough US-made parts for 922r to run 8rd capacity with pistol grip and collapsible stock.
    CoppolaT4_Turknelli.jpg

CZ Custom Shadow2 setup for USPSA Carry Optics (or Limited Optics) with Sig Romeo 3 Max, 6x mags with Henning 140mm extensions (23rd capacity)
    CZShadow2.jpg

STI Edge clone in 40S&W for USPSA Limited competition. First custom gun I had built from parts. 8x Grams Engineering tuned STI mags (20rd capacity)
    limited_apsgrip2.jpg

STI 1911 square trigger guard frame with STI Unique slide, Barsto bull barrel, and all the other parts are identical to what I use in the 2011 above. This is the 3rd custom gun I had done, and the frame, slide, and barrel are a result of winning my class in USPSA Open Division at one of our Area Championships in 2008 from the now-defunct STI Contingency program, and getting the barrel gift certificate off the prize table. This gun runs like a scalded goat.
    sti_ss_40_bronze.jpg

Venom Custom 2011 9mm USPSA Open Division pistol. Wicked flat shooting gun, 30+1 with MBX 170mm mags. Sig Romeo 3XL optic. Metal grip/frame. This is the 4th custom gun I had done. I typically shoot a 115gr JHP at 1500fps with this.
    opengun_4.jpg

Ruger Precision Rimfire in 22MAG, Vortex Viper 4-16x40 (or something, I can't remember) in Warne rings.
    RugerPrecisionRimfire.jpg

Noveske SPR (18" bbl w/ mid-length gas system, Geissele rail, Ops Inc 12th model muzzle brake, Geissele Super 3gun trigger, Vortex Strike Eagle 1-8x24 scope in Vortex Offset mount. This gun hosts my Ops Inc 12th Model can, and is ridiculously quiet. It will shoot sub-MOA with factory ammo if I do my part.
    SPR_ar15.jpg

Ruger 10/22 all Tactical Solutions receivers and fluted/threaded barrel. I glass-bedded this in a laminated thumbhole stock with the Volquartsen bedding kit/block. Has a Nikon P-rimfire scope. This thing is a tack driver. The only Ruger bits it uses are the magazines.
    tacsol_not-a-Ruger.jpg

My most recent build. Aero Precision M5 platform with Timney trigger, JPRifles 22" rifle+2 gas system cryogenic barrel with adjustable gas block in 6.5CM. Has a hydraulic buffer system, Forward Controls Design Dead Air compatible muzzle brake for using my Sandman-L with. Vortex Razor HD Gen II 4.5-27x56 34mm tube scope. Larue Tactical LT104 SPR mount. Haven't taken it out to shoot yet.
    2023-09-10 12.32.19.jpg

And last, but not least here's a shot of my ammo factory. Right now there's a Dillon RL1100 with Mark7 Autodrive Pro, Mr. Bulletfeeder alongside my Dillon RL750 on a Mark7 Autodrive with Mr. Bulletfeeder.

Check JRH Enterprises. I got a WP monocular from him in 2022, a Flir TK thermal scout sight, and a couple of Steiner DBALs, and a long-range IR illuminator. He is always running deals via email.

This is my FMP-9 SBR before my Form 1 was approved, I took the blast reducer muzzle device off and put a 3-lug adapter on it. That's my Bowers Group VERS-9. 11.5" of submachinegun can on a 7.5" bbl.
    20220826_195911.jpg

Glock 41 .45ACP with an aftermarket trigger, Leupold DPP RDS, Surefire X300 Ultra, threaded bbl for running my SilencerCo Osprey45. I had tried to run a Modlite on it, but it is too long and prevents the LiD from functioning with an eccentric can like the Osprey.
    2020-04-21 14.12.35.jpg

Sig P365X-Macro on the left, and a Wilson Combat P365XL module with light/laser combo in comparison. The X-Macro grip module will also handle the P365XL slide assembly. 17+1 rds in a very concealable package.
    2023-12-26 13.28.33-1.jpg

Ruger 22/45 with a Cascade Solutions top-end, Volquartsen trigger, and a 90deg C-More mount to reduce parallax. It indexes and points so much better than the previous combinations of sights I tried on it.
    11046300_962234020462528_6769269889154146885_n_962234020462528.jpg

Here's the target I like to show off for the accuracy of the Noveske-barreled rifle in my previous post. Sub MOA with factory UMC 55gr at 100m.

I got some Katana Binos with a Mawl C1+ laser. Definitely a lot more cheaper options out there.

Continuing getting a gun per game, the cheapest, but reliable in dirt, mud and snow. Now Ruger American .308. Yes, it does not want to feed some cartridges with soft brass, but that's ok. I found who makes good ones.

    upload_2024-9-10_15-38-17.jpg

    Ruger replaced this:

Good and powerful PCP gun (.51 caliber, 450+ FPE of muzzle energy), but at subsonic speeds bullet drop is significant for a bad deer shooter like I am.

Picked up this ECO 9mm about 2 weeks ago...

Just got in some extra WC mags and slow boiled the grips in RIT dye for about 45min to darken them up:

Might try it again with the original grips that are in the box in pic above...?

    Just went through my safe.
Made a list of what I have.
Out of all my firearms have decided to sell 4 of them.

UPDATE: I have 3 ARs and 1 Shotgun for sale.
