All I shoot are berettas, for shotgun sports anyway I do a lot of sporting clays and skeet! You will love the gun just keep it clean, it is a gas gun! Very easy to field strip ... do your self a favor and run a couple heavy loads through it 1 1/8th oz shot to break it in and it will eat anything you feed it, my a400 multitarget is a beast and has never jammed up on me ... the a300 is very similar to the 1301 beretta tactical ... good luck with it

Took my 300 Blk Out to local gun store to be Cerakoted.
I had been emailing the girl who will be doing the Cerakote. She knows the look I want.
When I get it back will post pictures.

I promise I'm not trying to be Mr
Fake tacticool. I only recently got into an outdoor club and after getting some time in at the 50 I want to shoot a bit more precisely at the 100 and maybe give the 200 a shot. But the eyes aren't what they were since the last time I shot a friend's AR at the 100 years ago and was able to get into a large 5 ring at 100
With just with a dot. Most recent time I tried it was all a blur and I was all minute of torso

    Decided I Wanted magnification.

Hope to try her out in a few weeks. PA SLX 25 and Vortex VMX 3T. Rifle is a small online vendor 223 wylde upper on PSA lower.

    Black Ops Friday!

Not really, the POS Keltec came back yesterday, so the gun shop was good to their word...they gave me almost full credit on it towards anything, and balance credit in accessories.
I wanted reliable...Beretta A300 Ultima Patrol. Feels amazingly right for me, reviews sound super-reliable...
can't wait to do an initial clean and take it for a test drive, probably next weekend.

Followed along with someone on YouTubeU doing an initial tear-down, clean, fresh oil and reassembly. A little nervous, I do a LOT of my own work, but taking a brand new really nice gun apart...I dunno, man! But, done, looks a lot cleaner, cycled a few dozen times with dummy shells. Ready to try it out...maybe Thursday...

Shot 40-ish rounds through the A300 this morning to start breaking it in...THAT's how a shotgun is supposed to work!

Probably telling you something you already know, but don't forget to do a pattern test w/ammo that you'd be running in it for hunting, defense (or offense :D) just to test for flyers...

Yep, thanks! These were just a few boxes I had locally available. I got a case of cheap Winchester to run through it, and starting to research/shop for defense ammo. I think I'm going Federal LE FliteControl 8 pellet 00...sounds like tight pattern and 9th pellet's the flyer... gotta save up, hate it's so close to Christmas, and no one gets presents 'cause I want NOICE ammo!

If you have been to an NRA dinner you know they are not cheap affairs. Took 10yrs and lots of $$$ to win my favorite upland and Duck guns. Would have been cheaper to just buy them. Not as much fun though.
The 390 is 20ga and gets me 100+ birds a season. The 400 12ga is a joy to shoot those 3.5" shells in the blind.

These are in my clone thread, they're done. All Colt, except the Geissele SSA trigger, both brand new Colt 14.5 socom profile barrels. Started as a 16" Colt 6920 and is a LE serial number prefix.

I've owned over 20 Glock pistols, many of them Gen 2.
I've got to say my favorite is my G45, followed closely by my Gen 2 G17s...
