Wife bought one a few weeks ago, I think it's fucking awesome! It's like 30% smaller than my P365 and has the same capacity. It's amazingly small for holding 10 rounds. I don't care if it's .380, that's a lot of firepower in something the size of a wallet.

Second time shooting since getting the OSS and Silencerco suppressors in, I fucking love them! While I was picking them up the gun store had a Silencerco Maxim 9 on the shelf, and since I had just received everything from NFA prison I had to buy that too to always keep something in the waiting que :D I'm so glad I made the jump to the suppressed life, bit of money but it's so much fun!

Nice! what are the specs of the build?
I want to start building a little fun 22lr bolt gun to be my sons first rifle and to be a fun plinking gun for distance

Savage FV-SR. Boyds stock and bottom metal. EGW custom cut a 40MOA base for me. SWFA fixed 16x that has over 100moa of elevation adjustment. The combo of base and scope allows me to plink from 50 to 300yds and stay in the reticle without using holdover. Other stuff.... TPS rings, Harris bipod and an old YHM Wraith suppressor which is a sealed design so just dedicated it for use on this.

Very satisfying on a cool calm Sunday morning with a cup of coffee. Click... sip... ding.

Ugh, I've wanted a Glock 21 for years but never really plunged. A shop here in town has a brand new G4 21 and they actually have ammo, Blazer Brass ball and Hydra Shok, but damnit I don't need to :annoyed:. We recently bought a Honda Talon side by side and I've dropped quite a bit on accessories which my wife is cool with that but if I leave work today and grab that G21 she'll throw a fit IF she finds out . I've got a 17, 19, and 26 plus plenty of 9mm ammo but no 45 weapon. I think I would rather put the G21 money aside and get a SA TRP 1911 but the G21 is on the shelf. At the same time a full skid plate for the Talon will cost the same as the Glock. Ugh I need to work on self control.

Rngr188- Buy the pistol now while you still can. The commies are going to do everything they can to limit our ability to buy in the future.

    I've got a couple Glops. Gen2 17 and Gen3 19.

So damn ugly I had to sweeten the pic with Reed's. :)

That was the whole idea. They are Herretts Cocobolo Combat Grips that are magwell cut. I dremeled the notch for msh pin clearance.

So update on that round that exploded in our CZ Scorpion. Today another round exploded in our Stribog. And leading up to this my Glock 19X and Ruger 9mm Charger were having a surprising amount of feed issues where the slide wouldn't seem to fully cycle so a round wouldn't properly load or just plain not get ejected. It seemed like a significant amount of the ammo we bought is either underpowered or overpowered.

I'm not sure what happened with the Stribog round, it seemed to completely detonate the case and I felt blowby on my thumb (nowhere near as bad as the wife's hand when that round seemed to go off "prematurely"). Both of these rounds were definitely from the same batch, obviously learning my lesson not all ammo is equal and steel case is probably a better bet than cheap brass case!

    PXL_20210925_213911205.jpg

    PXL_20210925_213904835.jpg

All of these have different stampings, so the bulk ammo I bought came from who knows where since it seems to include ever possible brand known to man. I'm not sure if the two rounds that detonated have the same markings, but definitely reaching out to where I bought this shit from since I have ~2000rds of 9mm that I don't even feel comfortable selling to anyone.

Is it remanufactured stuff? Or someone selling hand loads? That’s some scary shit. And pulling 2k rounds for components would be a nightmare

Yea I think it's all reloaded stuff.

Just got home, both exploded rounds are both stamped G.F.L.! So maybe the rest of the ammo is fine and it's just these marked ones.

Shit idk, it was a few months ago I bought it. It was just some reloaded stuff thrown in a bag and boxed that I found on ammoseek. I've never had problems with reloaded stuff before, but that saga is over.

Ah, I found my issue guys:

I guess I found the defects  Guess next time I'll read the description more thoroughly, and this is my lesson in "not all ammo is made the same", or in this case is inspected whatsoever.

When my father passed last year he left all of his guns & ammo to me. He had a lot of ammo I assume he purchased from gun shows & the like. It's really crap ammo. 25% F2F on both the 357 & 38 spc ammo - in a revolver. Ammo for his AK jams after every few rounds and jams the bullet into the case. Similar position as you - would never sell it to anyone. Been reloading for about 5 years and can tell the quality of this stuff is crap - would never buy someone else's reloads. Glad you, wife, and guns are all ok

Strip those reloads for the components and call it done. Sounds like you can't trust those rounds.

Breathed some life back into some old Colt parts for a slow build of an M4ish build. Was able to salvage the fcg, grip, and trigger guard. I have a sopmod stock on the way too.
