    Thanks for the quick replies!
I have read the 3 in 1 is good on all exterior surfaces...is that correct? Plastic, glass, and even the chrome that I hate?

Yes, it can be used everywhere. One of the few that won’t stain plastic.

This 3 in 1 is awesome! Decided to use it on my wife's Infinity first and it did great...easy to apply and really gave it a good shine...you can definitely feel how smooth the paint is...
I ordered the clay bar for my tuck and am going to give it a try! Might be a week or two but I will give an update after I used it on the truck.IMG_2983.jpg IMG_2985.jpg

So I've had a bottle of this stuff sitting around for a couple months and have been a little gun shy to try it out. I'm not nice to my paint, usually collecting pinstripes and other damage every time I go out and have some fun. I guess the only thing that's really holding me back is this: If I need to do some major paint correction to buff out scratches and stuff, will I need to strip off this coating prior to polishing and buffing? From what I've read in this thread, that seems to be the case. And at that point, I'm thinking this might not be the right product for me, and I'll just live with the fact that I'm a bad person and will never fully respect my paint.

If your paint is in need of major correction, that process will remove it. That being said, I've used it on (budget minded customer) vehicles that I've only washed and clayed, and they came out looking very good. Here are two of them:

That’s good to know. I’m basically looking for a nicer product than my current spray wax so that I can clean up easier after off-road trips. I’ll go ahead and give it a shot after I get my latest batch of battle scars cleaned up :mudding:

Update: got the 2nd coat of 3n1 on yesterday morning. Thunderstorms came through this morning and watching the water beading off is satisfying. Sun is back out and no water spots.

For you guys wo are using this on wheels....how well is it holding up? How often do you need to re-apply? I'm curious how well it hold up to the heat

Love it on the wheels. I reapply once a month because it’s easy to do.

I often get into limerock dust so I use wise guy as my cleaner so I feel that kills the coating on my wheels so when I giver them a final wipe down I spray 3-1 on the rag and then wipe down with a dry clean rag.

Brake Buster works fine, with the benefit of being safe for all types of wheels. Haven’t tried the other. I haven’t ever really settled on any wheel cleaner that I think is head and shoulders above the rest. I’ve just been using Shine Supply Wise Guy since it works for both wheels and tires. It cleans tires better than anything else I’ve used, so it’s a no brained to just use that.

@MJoeP posted this video on another thread. Thought it would fit well in this one, as it shows how well Griots Ceramic 3-in-1 holds up. This is after six months.
