Grille recommendations

Brand new here. 2017 Platinum. Bought this used and detest the current grille in the attached photo. Would like a honeycomb style, probably in black - not sure on sheen (gloss, flat..).

What do you all think the best look would be for this truck? Also, I know nothing about replacement grilles so I wouldn't know where to start on ordering one ex. who is reputable, what is junk, etc.

 

Welcome- the search function is great resource. Many threads and info on grill swaps. I have a platinum and swapped to a pro grill. Personally to me it looks better.

 

Thanks. I did try searching but wasn't hitting much. Probably using the search function wrong. Your truck looks great. Is the truck black or gray? Where did you pick up that grill?

 

Trucks black- I ordered oem parts for the grill and other chrome removal items.

I found a new take off from a ‘21 for my ‘16. I updated the headlights and now have the new ‘21 look. Since you have the black surround you could just use the honeycomb insert from the ‘19 to ‘21.

 

I have a 1794 and swapped to an SR5 style honeycomb that I bought for a good price on Facebook in my neighborhood. It also included the TSS sensor behind the badge.
