Grill Question

Does anyone know if the just the grill insert can be removed? I keep seeing that it is apart of the bottom surround piece but I could've sworn I saw a video where the insert was removed. Also, does anyone know of someone who does color match wraps for the Quicksand color (4V6)? If not does anyone have any recommendations on how to chrome delete the hood bulge, surround, and front bumper sides without having to dump a ton of money into getting separate pieces? Thanks!

It is held in with a few screws and a bunch of clips. The clips break easily, so be careful.
