    Weathers pretty decent. Not as cool as I would like but still decent.

    Enough so that a small brisket flat found its way home this morning and landed on a smoker.

    Then jerky hopped out of the dehydrator and onto some racks to cool

    What a morning indeed

    Nabbing a friends smoker soon as he’s upgrading his smoker. Lots to learn, if I can get it looking half as decent as that I’ll be happy
