    No. I rebuild them myself.

This time I’m re-valving my rear shocks. Need to slow down the compression.

Absolutely. She did dump my Jeep off the trailer at 3 though. My fault. She was on my lap, I was looking behind to see, and she cranked the wheel. Funny ass shit there. Blew a sidewall though. Just crawled it back on the trailer in 4wd and laughed. Made her feel better since she was sad.

I was a lot more attenative when we pulled the Corvette out of the garage after that.

When the V8 goes in, things might change a bit. That’s a lot of ass with a little gas.

I would think so. We had just returned from Germany and the delivery driver came. Talk about timing.

Honest question. What's the deal with the Toytec Boss suspension? I hear people rave about it constantly. Isn't it just a Bilstein 5100 with a threaded collar for easy adjustment?

How would they be anywhere close to a 2.5 inch internal bypass shock like the TRD Pro suspension?

Hopefully I'm wrong and there is something special about them.

I don’t have the Boss kit but I believe it’s pretty similar to my setup.

TMK it’s about half the price of the TRD Pro setup. So you’re not comparing apples to apples.

And the Pro setup doesn’t offer the same amount of lift. Imo (and I’m a novice to suspension), a better comparison for the Pro suspension would be to compare the King setup that TJ posted links to

    The toytech boss is adjustable
    The trd pro is not

As for tube dimensions I am not sure.

I think the boss kit is a great kit and system but if you go 3in or higher you need to replace the upper control arms

I did not want to do that and wanted a bolt in made for the truck to oem.

You can get new uca and atleast 3.5” in front plus 1.5 in back no discount 2100. I assume it’s similar but more adjustable. 09E84B95-81BE-4464-ACD6-2650EB55D08C.jpg
