Meh. Throw bigger wheels on it and it’s probably the same. Not worth it to me

I had a 16 Tacoma, they do get significantly better gas mileage. I was getting mixed, 23mpg and 25-27 on the highway sometimes. But this increase comes at the cost of performance, as the truck is a pig with a transmission you wind up fighting more than enjoying. A lot of it is probably the way I drive, though. I used to lurk at Tacomaworld, and people on there were screaming about getting only 16-17mpg in their Tacoma.

Sad it happened but happy your ok!

On a side note, I am not going to sit here and say White is a great choice, no I won’t say it!

I went from a 2010 Tundra to a 2016 Tacoma and I missed the power, room, handling and comfort of the Tundra and within 3000 miles of owning the Tacoma, traded it back for my 2017 Tundra and never looked back!

Good luck and again, glad your ok!
