Hey everybody, I am driving to Idaho this summer and I need a good route planner. I want to avoid toll roads, and cities. I know its probably a lot to ask but I really hate city traffic especially when I dont know where I am going. Highways that go around cities are ok.
Ones I have found so far seem to only avoid toll roads and highways. Any help or advice is appreciated. Thanks

Google maps gives the option of avoiding highways and tolls. Once you have the basic route you can modify it to avoid the cities or plan to go thru them at night.

I concur with Steve. Google maps allows you to drag the route around the city.

Do they still offer something called 'Triptik' ? My mom used them to find her way on adventures.
