Just received in my Go Rhino RB10 boards and unpacked the first one and it is twisted really bad about at least 3/4" to 1". The edges are almost straight but the top where you step is twisted. NOT FLAT.
To me this is not right. What do you think?

Took the wrapping off the second board and it is a lot flatter but still not totally flat.

    See fine print
I don't think mine were twisted. Not that I noticed. Post some pictures if you can.

Mine weren't twisted at all. Ive had them on for over a year now and they are bulletproof.

The strait edge shows almost 3/8" but sure looks like more looking at the diffirent angles including the bottom. Its like a potato chip.

Called Go Rhino and they say it is definitely not normal and it was distorted in the welding process.
Called runningboardwarehouse and they are taking them back shipping paid by them. I just want a full refund.
Obviously their quality control sucks so im still looking for boards.

I can understand your frustration, but even with the most advanced QA practices defects can get through.

In my opinion things are bound to go wrong. When something like this happens is when you really get an idea of how a company treats their customers. I say give them a chance to make it right and see what they will do for you.

Sucks you got a bad one.. all that anticipation only to get damaged goods and have to wait longer...

I'll sell mine for $450+ 1/2 shipping costs... or meet me to pick them up. I love them, but I'm thinking about going with no bars when I do my lift.

I hear ya man but...runningboardwarehouse already was on my bad side... They charged my card 9 days before the boards shipped and when i asked them about it they said oh its just an "authorization hold". I said no its a charge im holding the bill in my hand...oh and silence. Tried to lie to me. I never have any company charge my card unless it shipped out unless i authorized it. So now i have to wait 48 hours for them to send me a shipping ticket. So by the time i get my refund, i will have paid for the boards for probably 4 weeks.

Yeah, I hear ya. Might be more the retailer than the manufacturer too.
