Pretty much. I kinda hate myself right now for even trying it. haha

I mean it works for livestock... It should theoretically work for trucks.

He just knew this thread would attract you due to your washing issues.

A little of this and a little of that.
Las Vegas is in the middle of the desert, surrounded by mountains and the wind blows here often. I hate it when people lean on my truck. I especially hate when people lean on my dirty truck, makes my skin crawl thinking about my poor paint getting all scratched up.

Thinking about my poor paint getting scratched up makes me feel even worse for @FlashCulprit. His clear coat is jacked up now. Poor guy!

WOW !!!...Sorry to hear that !!!....I took my 1 Month old Black Crewmax through the car wash 2 weeks ago with a similar predicament needing to show up at a function. Didn't want to show up with a dirty truck. Was on pins and needles the whole time the brushes were RAKING MY TRUCK ....Luckily no damage...other than some minor brush swirls that I now need to BUFF OUT !!!,,,,NEVER AGAIN !!! Hand wash only !!!

Scratches are easy to fix. Haha the clear coat blows. You basically have to sand the whole panel in question to make it glassy. :(
