Turns out I lied. Just checked it was 700 because I chose red but 560 after 20% off coupon. But if you just want black they start at 550..

Got the 38 13.5 20 toyo mt installed. It's a tight fit but I've got about a half inch in the rear with flaps still on and then had to trim some of the front plastics a little more but there in!

Thanks I'm loving it! I thought I had all the trimming done but I just took it out again and turns out after hitting bigger bumps I've got a little more trimming left but its doable for sure :sawzall::yay:

Haha. Agreeed. It's a sweet setup. It was parked outside a beer distributor in Pennsylvania.

So I noticed that my brake lines were rubbing on my leaf springs. I am pretty sure it's the e brake cable but either way I didnt like it.

    20190810_092132.jpg
    20190810_092115.jpg
So I attempted to move the brackets and lines around but it would still touch if I hit a bump so now it's got some plastic tube around it for that added protection

I would spend the money on gears before I would spend the money on tires. Even with the 35s the truck loved the new gears but I do love the way it looks with the 38s. There cheaper than the tires 2

Funny I noticed the same thing with my e-brake lines also. I used some 1/2 inch pvc irrigation flex tube cut it down the center and wrapped it around the line where the cable was hitting the leaf spring and zip tied the ends. Seems to do the trick but I still hate the way it hits the leaf spring but oh well go big or go home right lol. 38's look tits btw!

I brought it back to the shop that did my lift and asked them if there was a bracket or anything I needed to relocate the line they said that it's a common problem and it's not lift related that they see it on stock tundras all the time. But who knows what's really going on. But thanks I'm really happy with the 38s now that there on the 35s looked tiny

Which viper system did you go with? I have been wanting to get a 2way system. When the alarm goes off do you know if your headlights flash like the stock anti theft system?

The viper 1 way security from best buy then add 2 way LCD remote with up to 2 mile range. Then added remote start. I just went in and asked what they recommended but I'm happy with it. Not sure if the lights flash but I'm pretty sure they do
Every time I set the alarm off it's by accident and I'm in the truck lol

mmm. I really want to be able to turn off that feature since i have retrofits and the quick on off flashing can damage my ballasts..

I'm sure if you go to a half decent installer they can set it up so the lights dont flash it seems simple enough probably just cut 1 wire. I've seen some of those retros hooked up to flash change colors like a strobe light so they should be ok. But better safe than sorry I guess cuz those get pricy

They make the truck look way bigger IMO. Im actually looking at the new RBP Stealth Power steps (have been all day :frusty:). Same concept as AMP, but they have dual motors. Little cheaper too. Plus, I have RBP wheels and the exhaust tip, so it makes sense
