You can have more accurate fuel mileage/range information if you get a scangauge 3. It basically gets programmed to your fuel consumption with the new injectors and everything when you tell it how much fuel you added at each fill up. I just use that since the truck dash is now useless. Mileage is just one of those things everyone will get different results either way between driving habits, location, tire size, temperature etc but I can say it hasn’t gotten worse with the SC for me unless I’m driving especially aggressive.

As for range, even at 12mpg using 30 gallons (when the gas light comes on) you should be getting 360 miles and still have 8 gallons left in the tank.

 

I get 17mpg avg.

MOST of the time, I drive like a cadaver.

it's easy for me to get 20mpg on the hwy.

I use the SG3. it learns at each fill up, and adjusts accordingly.

I usually refill @ half tank....15 gallons. which is about 250 miles.

The Jekyl/Hyde nature of a S/C is awesome....this bitch will move if I hit the pedal.

 

The bitch will MOVE that's for sure Same with me, I drive pretty chill but when I need to move, dude, this focker can go fast. I wish there was a way for the ODB Fusion app to adjust and learn just like the SG3.

It's happening in 3 computers, I'll give it a try on the one with beta.

 

Uninstalled & reinstalled the 3 machines, did a fresh install on a 4th machine. Same damn thing.

I have a guy in CA that's having issues trying to load a tune. Keeps hanging up and it's frustrating.
What's interesting months ago I could search argument null and get a few posts on the forum about it. Now nothing.

 

As a hail Mary, I pulled the battery for 1/2 hour. Nope.

Finished getting my bulkhead panel mounted, now I have a target for my gauge wiring. I'm also going to move my fuse blocks, relay and ground bar into the cab, as well as the D2A controller. Tons of room to mount stuff to the right side under the dash.

I made an aluminum panel for the pass-through and used the panel as a guide for the hole saw.

Nah, it's down and to the left of the hole. This comes through right behind the glove box.

FYI for anybody who purchased a WAT Extreme VB, all VB's will be shipped in the same "Nomad" labeled box. Verified with the company today.

 

I just checked the forums and there’s no mention of an outage in there.

 

Do they send you tracking on the VB when they ship or did it just show up one day?

 

Forum seems pretty dead, first response to my thread was 22 minutes ago, suggested I try another file (I did yesterday, current tune had the same error)

 

You should receive a DHL notification as I did.

 

What about flashing the stock file? I would do the read download and try to flash that. Course you could get stuck with a N/A tune, but it'd weed out the flashing issue theoretically.
