There’s a limit to going to small on the upper. Larger crank pulley is available. Too small on the upper alone leads to belt slip. What size that is still tbd. But this was very common when doing cobras, lightnings etc. No different here.

That’s a good point. So size up the crank pulley to compensate and get some more horsetorques.

I know Prospeed and XAT offer larger crank pulleys and ASP will make any size you need.
Last week when I called for a smaller water pump pulley he was making a 7 inch pulley for a Tundra owner. I'm still running the ASP 6.8 inch crank pulley and @snivilous 2.0 SC pulley with no issues, so far...

Weather was nice today, so I started my Oil cooler project...first mounting option didn't work out, so I ended up with the solution below. It's pretty solid, but I still want another mounting point, need to trim the other pieces down an inch or so and paint them. After that, I can remove the stock oil cooler and get my remote filter mounted and lines made.

The catch can really helps keep the oil out of the intake, which keeps it off your intercooler brick, which keeps the efficiency up where it should be. Mine catches about 4-5 ounces per oil change.

It's a day 1 item, only need the PCV side, CCV isn't necessary.

No need to spend $$ on a catch can. This is where you can save some$.

Yeah I'm not sure I agree w the catch can. I've put 12k on my setup and have nothing in mine. Good PCV valve and you shouldn't have any blow by. I may have wasted the $260 on the radium catch can.

Nice! It does work keeping the oil cooler. This summer the outlet was about 170-180 degrees depending on my driving. The oil sandwich plate starts opening at 176deg.
    Water temp was at 185-195deg.

The newer Radium design seems to let a lot by, the earlier design catches quite a bit. Not sure what the deal is, maybe they have a fix if you contact their support?

Fingers crossed, my temps were ~200F on both, I'm usually at 205F WCT when idling in carpool. My new oil thermometer opens at 180 and fully open at 185, hopefully being decoupled from the coolant will help. After this, I still need to do the transmission cooler and stock thermostat delete, hoping to mirror this install on the passenger side so my OCD will be happy.

Custom made mount @snivilous made for me since I wanted it in this spot since moving my window washer tank. Don’t think it’ll fit if the tanks not moved.

If you don't have a "medium" to help collect the atomized oil, throw some spall from a machine shop...or stainless steel coarse spirals...cheap as sh!t or free in the amount you'd need...a car has xan doesn't need to be expensive, just needs to work...

When I deleted the transmission coolant puck and thermostat my trans stayed at 150-160 deg. I installed the Derale thermostat and it kept my trans temp at 190deg. That's where I wanted it at for longevity.
The engine cooler was cheap $75 ebay find. Black would of been better.

I know the fix to the new style can. I don't know what Radium was thinking with this new design, it doesn't work. I have to look back when I posted about it. But there is a fix.
