Responses are coming in on the calipers, bad news so far I have 3 no and one asking for a part number. Good news is I found a company that will rebuild & PC them for me.

Have you reached out to SOS Performance? I'm pretty sure the brackets they use on their BBK with the ST-60 calipers will work. I know they carry pads and rotors specifically for the TRD BBK

Brackets for different calipers? Easy. Though for something like that I'll have to send it out to be machined/laser cut.

And since I'm here, here is the model:

    upload_2024-9-9_12-15-59.png

You sure those holes are 6.4mm and there's that chamfer? Cause 45deg cuts into the holes hardcore.

Thanks, they have all the replacement/rebuild parts but seems not the bracket.

Also, they have not responded to my message :(

Wait, are these the TRD Calipers? Don’t they have the bracket cast in as part of the assembly?

The info I have seen (thought I didn't need brackets) is there are brackets. This is the caliper I'm getting:

From searching online the actual part number, TRD High Performance Brake Kit PTR09-34070, that no bracket is needed. The mounting point is lower, so the caliper bolts back to the stock location. Here's a video.

    Thanks!
I keep seeing different info, also, there are several different "TRD" brakes so it's more confusion. To determine which these are I got the piston sizes, seems one is smaller. More confusion. :p

The regular Stoptech kits have separate radial mount brackets, the Toyota TRD kit has the bracket integrated with the caliper, so you should be good.

I think my 380 kit has 38/40/42 pistons. The dust seals might have the piston size printed on there.

While we are asking questions, what are we looking at here? Doesn’t look like a whipple pulley. Is it something else?

I gotcha, coming up with a new one piece design as opposed to the sleeve style?

No, it just took all of 45 seconds to draw that and @blenton had posted the dimensions so now I don't have to find them if someone wants me to make a coupler

And in other news, China Nick is shipping me the next order of Tundra parts. Four batches of Magnuson 2650 pulleys ranging from 66mm up to 81mm (this is one batch):

    upload_2024-9-11_20-28-38.png

And more exciting, the first two prototype 94mm throttle bodies that will be 100% plug and play----and I just realized there's double the number of valve components in this picture for some reason...

Long ways off figuring that out, but the price for these two would put the kit somewhere in the ~$400 ball park. Hopefully that will come down.

Right now I'm thinking there'd be three options:

    -DIY kit
-Send in your TB and I'll swap the electrics at an upcharge
-Preassembled units that will require a core charge

Lots of work and testing, and assuming it actually works out, before we get to that point though. Maybe know by the end of the year.
