I doubt that look3d way too slow and way too short

 

Stock tundra runs low 15s in the 1/4. 12.8 isn't hard to believe.

Hmm, well I don’t know what to tell a guy who doesn’t believe his lying eyes. I have dragy runs doing about the same times in my tundra too. Are you confusing running 12s with running 10s or something? 12s are fast for a tundra/pickup truck but not that fast compared to a lot of faster cars.

 

I'm not sure why your doubting 12 second 1/4 mile passes. Multiple of us in this thread have dragy passes running 8.2's and 8.3's in the 1/8th and definitely capable of 12 sec 1/4 mile times.

 

At the moment, I'm planning on Intermediate + Custom Tune, but struggling to commit because I'm scared the 1st hit off that joint will eventually leave me huddled in a corner with a glass pipe and a torch...

What about a tundra that pulled away from a modded TRX and stock raptor R from a roll on multiple occasions? Asking for a friend lol

I considered buying that truck, test drove it and everything. Then found out it probably had 100+ runs down the drag strip by seeing it on YouTube and realizing the plate number matched lol. It sure tore up a lot of different fast vehicles down the 1/4 though!

Way back in the day, Abdullah Al-Neyadi (BRX) ran an 11.6 and Eddy Souza (Supercharged) ran an 11.8 with TRD blowers before anything larger was available.

 

And I also used to run down actual drag strips not using a dRaGy.

You're confusing. Yes it is very well built in that video. Hence why it runs 10's not 12's. Are you still doubting the validity of a 12 sec pass in that first video posted? I have tons of track time at local drag strips and i know others in this group do as well. And we definitely know what supercharged tundras run.

 

Yeah, me too. I ran the dragy alongside the track timer/trap and the Dragy measured within .05 seconds and .2mph. I guess you’re unaware how incredibly accurate they are. Not everything has to be a confrontation. Starting to notice a pattern across a variety of threads…
