I called Innovate, they think the sensor is bad, as I bought it directly from them, they are sending one. I have one I bought for the Tree when it seemed to fail, it self healed, now I can't find it. Too much stuff!

Let me know if anyone wants to buy my green 535cc injectors that came with my mag kit. I have them listed for sale under classified's and it is not going well.
Open to offers at this point...

I offered to give mine away, no one wanted them.

    Mystery solved!

After not finding it, it occurred to me I put the new one in the box the gauge came in.

Maybe one of the turbo kit guys would like them. Their stage 1 setup uses stock NA injectors somehow.

I'd like to see a datalog of their trucks, especially considering how much tuning issues they seemed to have originally. Stock injectors, maxing out MAF, water meth--It's quite the recipe :D

I think it must be ok for a few reasons but probably near the edge injector duty cycle wise. 1. The water meth richens the mixture, and 2. They’re running a 11.5-12 AFR on lower boost pressure. I guess I just wonder what happens if you run out of WM and get crazy with the throttle anyway.

I didn't want to clog the turbo thread with my ramblings.
Low boost is usually compensated like the earlier SC's for the 4runner etc. You could run 2-4 psi and I understand the need to lower IAT's with the W/M setup.

I would of preferred using an intercooler and HPT to see what fueling could be accomished with stock injectors.

Running out of meth mixture could raise those IAT's pretty quick. At least you could always run straight water if needed or run a blue washer fluid -20 mix, as it contains 30% methanol.

Whatever this forum told me to do
    I agree with above

I’m not interested in having to fill a meth jug or worry over it

    I like my intercooler.

I’m not going to cast a stone over hot rodding a truck. I’m dick deep in it

but too many band aids on that turbo setup

I would bet the WM is cheaper and the intercooler could be ran for the stage one but would boost the price as well as your motor!:)

    That is just my 2cents???

I realized today that I have a problem...... Like a crack fiend I find myself hunting down open Wifi locations when street tuning, alot of times at Mc Donald's. Especially since my t mobile hot spot blows. Anyone else or just me? Just curious.

I bought a cheap reliable computer to be able to load a non W/M PE table. Got decent PE up to 7psi without W/M. Not worried if it got stolen or broke. Have tunes backed up on USB stick too.
Can load at a free wifi area or Hotspot if needed. I could see it out in the boonies going up to someone's house asking for wifi access...

I believe he was stating that he has crappy cell coverage to hotspot and uses wifi in a pinch. You need HPT to verify your VIN before you can write to your ecu.

Yes sir when hot spot doesn't work. Get the "fail to int" error when no service...... Thus searching for wifi. This is only if I'm not in my garage out in the boonies though

It's been a while since I set up my psb-1 but I thought there was calibration with heating the sensor before installing into the bung. Could that be the issue?

I have my oldest daughters highschool laptop, she said it was to old and slow years back lol. I use it and have it with me at all times at this point lol. Exclusively use it to datalog, monitor, tune...... The wife always bitches that it's in the way for it lives on the middle console:D. And if need be I would ask for wifi access say if shit was to lean or something. Offer maybe a bottle of liquor, kinda like asking a landowner to hunt on their land:rofl:

There wasn't an external heating, it's turn on the ignition with the sensor disconnected to get the error, turn it off, connect with the sensor out of the exhaust, turn it on until It gives a reading, install it in the exhaust.

I have done it a slew of times due to the bad sensor.

    Thanks

Sounds like you're all over it sorry to make my dumb suggestion lol. When I tip in at idle A/F will go lean and back to 14.6-7 stoich...... But in the 10 at idle I'm not sure what's going on other then fuel idle table in the tune maybe?
