Its a good thing I dont have FFV lol.
Ive been running the 76mm for a week now. Everythung seem to run great actually, no pings, dead spot or Power loss.
At some point ill get an afr setup to monitor but thatll be a bit. #BudgetBuilder lol

I say this not to be a Debbie downer or scare you. I know you are at elevation so that helps, but having swapped pulleys I would make getting an AFR gauge a priority. Especially running the magnuson provided injectors and pump. You really have to know where it’s at when at WOT. I would try and stay out of it for any extended hard throttle pulls until you have verified it’s running rich enough. Just trying to save you an engine!

THIS^^^. You're turning a lot more air vs the stock 86mm. A/F gauge needs to be a priority to save you a headache down the road man.

What's got 2 thumbs and wants to see AFR monitoring set ups?

    I do!

Show me gauges and mounting options please.

I need to learn all I can before I take in the install.

    Thanks in advance.

PSB1 on a craven mount. Has both boost and A/F ratio.

Thanks guys. I run SC2 presently, gotta check to see if it's already loaded or if I got to program the PIDs.

I don't have a SC2 in the '21, yet. want research what is most observable and looks good as well.

I also have the SC3 but datalog via VCM scanner so much I don't use it.... Yet. SC3 won't log A/F you need a wideband.

Question then, what side should I run the sensor for the AFR, drive or pass?

Kind of arbitrary. Cylinder 5(?) Is known to lean out which would suggest driver's side. But passenger side is the last to receive fuel which suggests passenger side. Personally I do passenger side since it's easier to access.

Ballenger Motorsports Wideband. A tuning/racing wizard friend of mine swears by them, supposed to have a better heater circuit that doesn't burn sensors as often.

Lol everyone else had me so scared about it, I had my wideband installed long before the supercharger. Maybe I’m being an alarmist, but blowing the engine would suck!

Na I understand cause I may be running GREAT at home but as soon as I drop in alt can make a big difference and problems. Id hate to but ill always carry my stock pulley and belt just in case.

Or maybe I can talk @snivilous into making an 80mm

Thanks for the idea! Fuel psi sits nicely with a water/meth active light. Black acrylic works great.

Threw the old intake tube in and still p0101 we think it’s time for a 5” intake tube. Lol all the air. Need to log to confirm but makes sense

I originally was going to use a 5 inch since the SC airbox can accommodate it. But viktorg said I may have low speed drivability issues. Interested in your outcome! Always can use more air...

I used to get P0101 with the stock airbox. I went to the magnuson intake, installed the honeycomb before the MAF, and got the MAF rescaled and knock on wood I’ve never seen it again. I can ship you some honeycomb if you want to try it. Metal kind, not the cereal kind.

It was to something aftermarket, nothing factory. I think it was to the old unichip system that I had before the HP tuner was installed.

Well if it’s time for a bigger tube then I might as well go to that LS103 throttle body. I’m also most likely moving to that motec plugin at some point. Get rid of that maf all together

Damn Danielson. Gotta monitor especially if jumping pullies, injectors, pumps, and new tunes. How else would you know what's going on if not? Don't want to wing it it'll cost ya much more down the road.

I installed a 5" tube (maybe 4.75" ID?) on that long travel tundra and it hasn't had any issues

Awesome! Finding a 5 inch tube with a 22.5 deg bend is easier than 4.5 inch for the SC airbox to tvs1900. Would of saved me some welding time.

Yea that's what I used was a 5" OD aluminum tube and then pizza cuts to form it to the shape I wanted.
