Is that what it reads even after the truck has been running a while? it will read lean right after startup cause of the air injection.

No, that’s just startup on a cold motor. I didn’t think about the air injection.

Looks like the FPR is fixed. Unless what I’m looking at isn’t the FPR… Ignore the dirty valve covers…

regulator is on the passenger side with a vacuum line from the intake tube

THERE it is! It was hiding… So, that runs right in to the intake, which I’m assuming is only going to show vacuum and not boost since the boost is below the rotors and not in the intake. I ran it to this port pictured, which was originally capped but Whipple supplied a nipple.

In other good news, I have the O2 sensor a couple of cycles and it’s dropped down in to the 14’s -woohoo! Sorry for all the dramas. You guys are a wealth of info. Now it’s time to button it all back up and drive slow through the blizzard.

To boost reference the FPR, the vacuum line needs to connect to a port that sees vacuum/boost. Same port or similar location to your boost gauge sensor. Sorry if that's what you did, wasn't clear to me.

Take the end of hose A from the intake tube and T it into hose B. Then you're boost referenced. Don't forget to cap off the nipple at the intake where you've removed hose A. That fubar is reserved for the likes of me. o_O

I floored it for her when i first got it and all she said was "all that money and that's it?" My heart was broken LOL! In fairness to her she is used to my Camaro and she always gets mad when i open that car up. She says she hates the way it makes her stomach feel. I think more or less it's the banging gears with the 6 speed that gets her. :burnrubber:

FWIW, my Tundra has been parked for 6 days (wife and I both sick with Covid) Decided to see how she likes a 18 deg F cold start. Hit the remote starter, ever-so-slightly slower crank, but fired right up, ran thru startup RPM's, and settled down just like normal.

My PSB-1 O2 stopped working (gave an error), the solution was ordering a new one. Not sure what really resolved it but seriously the next start up months ago it started working again.

Lucky! Remote started my pig at -11º, went out to find a Christmas tree in my cluster:

First time I've had codes, aside from O2 sensor problems from my cats being stolen.

That's super frustrating, and REAL cold. Sounds like maybe a connector froze or clockspring doesn't like the cold?

I think you’re right with the connectors, as it’s never done this before - albeit I’ve not tried starting it this cold before. I did a zero point calibration just in case.

The hard start has reappeared and is consistent - it turns over but won’t start until the third attempt. The P0125 & C1201 came back and the idle surges as the engine gets warmer. Driving feels fine - too much snow to give it the beans, but I got up to 4psi and AFRs looked good. Closed loop STFTs and AFRs are great at +/-3% & consistent 14.6, respectively.

I’m going to mess around with some tables on HPT and see if I can get a handle on it.

I had the same P0125 last week when I remote started my truck after a night of single-digit temps. Mine ran fine though and the code hasn't come back since.

How big of a no-no is it to have the gauge powered on with the engine off? I know it can damage the sensor, but does the damage happen in a minute or an hour? Or is it a crapshoot?

I've had mine on for quite awhile without it running, maybe not an hour but probably 15-30 minutes without issue

I can't remember the error that I get, I don't think it's happened recently, or I've just become used to it and haven't been paying attention. @helidave's question does have me wondering if having it on during tune flashes has anything to do with it though.

Have any of you guys noticed knock when coming out of throttle? Im seeing cells where it'll drop to -4.4 coming out of a WOT run? Also seeing knock on low load situations? Odd thing is my fuel trims are +5/-5.
