Injectors shows delivery on Monday. Planning on Saturday pulling the rails/535 injectors out and getting the 750's in. Logs show I'm running out of fuel with the 535's on the base Magnuson tune, 92% IDC@ 5200rpm. I'm 5000'. Also would love to change over to the duel feed mod while all apart.... but looks like i can tune each injectors offsets so not sure if it's worth the downtime? Idk figure once I have the rails out I can go from there. Tomorrow ill run the MPVI-3 with credits, dumping the HP RTD, to prep for a tune to run smaller pulley.

I got a picture of how my injector harness adapters look. It looks kind of like they're all packed in there, but I merely looked at where there was room without mashing things into places that they didn't want to be. The injector/adapter connection is between the blower housing and the fuel rail versus trying to stuff them between the rail and the valve cover for example. I just routed them according to where there was room so there are minimal twists/kinks/bends. You can see that the injector/adapter is between the blower and the rail, then is routed over the rail to where the adapter/stock harness connects. Two of the connectors are below the fuel return line and one is above, it's just where there was room without forcing anything or putting tension on something. That's the passenger side, with the intercooler tank on the driver side, you can't even really see anything. It's functional rather than aesthetic/symmetrical. Everything seems to stay in place and doesn't flop around or rest against something hot.

Thank you @Wynnded! Looks better then I pictured in my mind with the adapters. As long as they are tight connection points all around that's all that would be of concern..... Would suck to lose a cylinder because of a lost Injectors harness connection...

Ya, the connections fit together nice and solid. They also have the mechanical securement that clicks into place and need to be pressed or pried to release them.

Awww, you're lucky, you can actually remove your passenger side fuel rail with the disconnect at the rear. Mine doesn't have that, the hose is attached with, as far as I've been able to determine, with a non removable fixture and I've always had to swap those injector into the rail in the vehicle. The driver side ones I can do on the bench.

And I've never received a delivery on the weekend...

True, but still, lol! And I see that your intercooler tank is in a different location, that must be one of the differences with mine being the upgrade kit and yours being the full kit.

Timing is on my side today! Right when I pulled the rails, bam Injectors show up! Told the Fed ex guy his timing is impeccable:rofl:Only concerning part is the dirt and debris around the injector seals. Pulled them and there's dirt all over:facepalm:letting the fuel dry and will take my vac and get it all cleaned up.

I couldn't get the supplied connectors to fit like I wanted or felt comfortable with. I ended up wiring them into the factory harness.

Wow, wtf? Mine didn't look like that...looks like they ran out of connectors and had to modify something else to make it work.

Huh. Looks like they went after them with a knife. Do you happen to have a little electrolytic grease to dab in them, just to cover that base? I don't recall exactly what mine looked like any longer, but I've swapped them in twice when trying the Fiveos and still haven't had any concerns.

With the rails out I can now see clearly how the driver side could run lean. Looks likes fuel reg, rail, to driver side, and back out to tank? Me being FFV and reading up on @4firemandans thread looks like fuel is lost back to tank also for low pressure mode. Granted I am still foggy on how he's running the feed from pass side rail with his adapters and new lines..... Need to read over and hope it clicks now that I see the existing lines

I doubt it’s as bad as you may think. The regulator on the passenger side sets the static pressure for all of the lines and rails before it and is the last thing the fuel passes through before returning to the tank. So long as the pump and lines can feed enough fuel to maintain the regulator set pressure, there shouldn’t really be an issue. In theory this keeps all of the lines and both rails before the regulator at the same pressure due to the location of the regulator. I was doing some reading, and there are 2000+ hp cars out there running fuel rails in series, granted they probably have monster fuel lines and pumps.

Take the feed that goes to the driver's side and put a Y-adapter after that, then each side of the Y feeds each rail, and each rail returns to an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator and then back to the tank. You will have to replace the stock FPR on the passenger rail with an adapter for the route back to the aftermarket FPR.

Also, if you have a pipe cutter, cut the last 1/8" off the feed/return nipples to open them up.

I forgot where I got these. I think they are pliers for fuel injection on a Mercedes. Works great for getting those fuel fittings off especially that passenger side one.
