I haven’t installed any AFR gauges so I can’t answer your question. But I was wondering the same!

Your truck has a narrowband sensor that will allow you to see down to 11.8-11.9 or so. If it pins at 11.8-11.9 you're probably good to go. but you'll be able to see everything between there and 17.9

You can look at this using an OBDLink MX+ with OBD Fusion etc.

I normally don't either, but noticed it on the track, my speed limiter kicks in and cuts off at 150km/h, so I'm stuck at low 15s passes (15.2@89mph), but the 60ft is great thou, I'm consistently at around 2sec flat, we think it's the transmission output sensor that limits the top speed.

I wonder if @ViktorG would know anything about this? I know he’s upped the rev limiter via HP tunes.

I have the OBD fusion app and purchased the Toyota PIDs. Which one is the correct item to choose to view this narrow band information?

A/F Actual which is located under PID -> Calculated PIDs

It is not a Toyota, Lexus, Scion specific PID. The one under there gives you a value that you need to do math with which is not ideal.

The speed limiter gets its input from the wheel speed sensors, not the transmission output sensor.
When you go to the track, you can just unplug all 4 wheel speed sensors or pull one of the 30A/50A ABS1/ABS2 fuses (if they are removable on a 2019, not too sure on that).

Hi Viktor, so what makes the speed limiter kicks in at 150kmh after gear swap? Before I had hit 160kmh no issue.

Not sure, maybe they changed something on the newer trucks, but my 2008 and 2010 could go as fast as you want if you unplugged the WSS.
Easy enough for you to try and see.

I worked on getting the external transmission install today. The Setrab version will work with the Harrop supercharger. It’s a bit tight with the intercooler radiator so I had to take off the front number to fit the bottom bracket screws in. I will try to finish up with install g the thermostat tomorrow but did all the hard stuff today!
@Classy63 thumbs up for such a nice product. everything fit simply so far and had no issues.

I was thinking of paying for the shop to install the cooler but I don’t think it would be worth it since a lot of stuff needs to be taken apart. So just wanted to give you guys a heads up on that aspect.

Following your build, good luck with aligning all of the pieces. I already have the Setrab kit installed and thinking about the supercharger options for my 2021 Sequoia.

The Harrop Stage 1 is in. factory tune - this is a 2020 1794

    6.2lbs boost 120hp gain 101ft/lb tq gain

A/F ratio went to 11.9 @ heavy throttle - very safe

they put in cooler plugs as an extra safety measure.

the tuner said the dyno numbers showed numerous places to add power, and that the Toyota tune was very safe for the application. (comforting)

very pleased with the power delivery. it's a very normal Tundra at cruise. hitting the the pedal is glorious.

I've only been 1/2 into the pedal. This truck gets to a hustle quick.

on cruise control, it behaves. however, it does not drop down a gear when I go up over passes. it just lugs up. nice.

passing...the TRD exhaust emits the voice of Satan.

I agree I tried with and without pedal commander and I still felt the delay in the throttle without it activated. Still going to keep it for now.

Especially if you're running larger tires. I forget the setting I'm using maybe sport +1 but it makes so much of a difference when you drive.

I know MPGs is not why people get PC but I was able to get really good MPG results with Harrop + PC in ECO -4 for City driving, I was able to get around 15+ MPGs for a good portion of my city driving. Since then I've removed my PC so I haven't tested Highway MPGs.

I'll have to give eco a try for a tank and see what happens. I used to average about 15-16mpg before the magnuson and larger tires. Now I consistently average about 12.5.

After poo pooing ECO mode as trash I was surprised I jumped from 11 to 15 on that setting. ECO -4 takes some getting use to but in city traffic its doable. As soon as I hit the highway the mode gets switched to something more palatable.

Whatever this forum told me to do
    update.

    I left the map!

    I threw a P0174/P0171 code...lean whatever.

this happens if you give it big throttle and immediately let off the gas.

I'm guessing the blower does not have time to get into bypass and is still throwing air at zero throttle, hence the lean out. I use a scanguage all the time....simple reset.

I'm not concerned as there is no load on the motor when the lean out happens. I do know my A/F ratio is safely ~11.9 under load.

other than that..it is behaving well. I'm getting the same mileage, if I drive normally.

It turns in to the Valdeeez when I get juvenile. miles of smiles.

    @nobodyintexas
Do you have the stock injectors and the fuel pump (and is it a flex fuel)?
Running a blower on E85 would be really sweet and economically viable in my case. Plenty of corn around here.

it's the Stage 1 pkg from Harrop

    stock injectors

    upgraded fuel pump from Harrop

    non-flex fuel

it runs awesome in all situations....it just throws a code if you hit the gas then immediately let off...understandably.

the lesson here....never let up on the gas!

I finally figured out the A/F ratio on my scanguage II. I'll post the XGuage stuff Monday

    1/2 throttle see's 12.8

full throttle sees 12.1. I haven't stayed in full throttle long, still learning.

otherwise it cruises around at 14.5-14.7
