Excellent, you will love it! The Land Cruiser case swap is possibly a little simpler, but the Sequoia case gives you all the drive options.

And yet PS charges $650 for this low effort manufacturing. Tube is the only solid part if it didn't suffer from Peyronie's.

What were the symptoms of your leak?

I couldn't get it to idle correctly and my fuel trims were all over the place. Had to troubleshoot several areas as I did intake, injectors, pulley swap. @snivilous was helping out and writing different tunes to pinpoint the issue. Used 2 cans of maf cleaner looking for a air leak. It was the tvs snout o-ring that got crimped on install, think it got hung up on pcv on install.

The blower comes complete and includes fuel pump and injectors. You will need spark plugs the kit will bolt up the stock intake box. It will come with the tune but we all recommend an aftermarket tune. Depending if you plan on adding a smaller pulley I would also recommend the magnuson airbox but again only if you’re planning adding more boost.

I modded mine and added 2 Carven TR mufflers but also I cut off the secondary cats. I’ll be testing a new exhaust that’s coming from SPD performance here soon

I don't think there is anything to gain performance wise.

Personally I would keep the TRD Duals and just get the "X Pipe" from DDs if you are looking to upgrade.

Sound is subjective. I enjoy the header sound but I think it is a fine line to obnoxious.

How obnoxious are the Carven TR's?

Are you guys going one step colder on plugs? Or two?

TRs are the larger versions than the R.

two step down colder if a bit higher boost but one step usually for all other applications is good.

@blenton if your staying at 6-8 psi you can go one step colder you can gap them to .028. Higher psi usually 2 steps colder with a tighter gap.

That's high on my radar. Been wanting to do it since Viktor, @Wynnded and @Jowett did it years ago.

We shall see where the boost ends up but elevation with a pulley one size smaller should hopefully get me closer to stock boost levels. I should be happy with that. Right? RIGHT??

Well I don't feel so bad. Then again, I don't really have an excuse. It's literally three steps from my garage door to the shop door...

We bought a sequoia a couple years ago and I was totally sold on the upgrade. I love being able to put the sequoia in 4wd as soon as the snow starts flying and not worry about turning in to parking lots and such. I swear I have better traction driving around town in 4WD unlocked than I do in 4WD locked; it takes serious effort to try and power slide corners with the transfer case unlocked. I know I shouldn't do it, but occasionally the kids start chanting in the back seat and I give in.

Interested in the x pipe from @dirtydeeds. I didn't see anything on the website. Is this something I'd need to call and inquire about? What would I be gaining by adding this to the TRD exhaust?

In my understanding it recovers loss of low end torque via scavenging; don't see why it would be different on a supercharged application.

    https://www.tundras.com/threads/why-dirty-deeds.128384/#post-3275089

It also changes tone of the exhaust as well from what I've seen in comparison videos.

The one offered on his site replaces the mufflers and adds the X Pipe to the TRD exhaust; sounds like you have to provide the system for modification:
    https://dirtydeedsindustries.com/store/ols/products/2007-2021-toyota-tundra-4-dot-6l-slash-4-dot-7l-slash-5-dot-7l-stainless-steel-standard-catback-exhaust-system-200-202-tyt-tnd203

    Discusses the service here:

Since we are on the topic of exhaust, I've been meaning to ask a few questions. But for the sake of not completely clogging up the S/C thread, I posted another thread.

    https://www.tundras.com/threads/y-pipe-vs-dual-inlet-muffler.133820/

Basically, I'm thinking about simplifying with a y pipe collector at the end of the stock pipes in to a single in/out 3" muffler and stock tail pipe.

I don't think you are clogging anything but you'll probably get more engagement posting it how you did.

I think you are on to something.

When I looked into "Y" pipes I only found one video/source that contradicted the general consensus regarding the benefits of "X" and "H" pipes. I found videos and forum posts showing gains of a the others but non supporting "Y".

If built a certain way "Y" is basically a collector but most cat back offerings dump both pipes straight into the muffler/resonator.

In one of Keith's posts he talks about how most systems aren't tested on the low end only at WOT so gains are often missed.

Will be watching your other thread for answers.

I've also been unable to find much on Y pipes other than, like you said, they are collectors. But an X pipe is just two Y pipes :D And if you look at the DD budget exhaust, it's just a factory tubing extension with a y pipe at the end.

I would think that merging the two pipes at a Y would introduce some scavenging rather than just dumping it all in to a barrel (muffler) where the flow isn't directional, other than it needs to make it out the other side eventually to the tailpipe. It seems to me that a dual in let muffler would be rather cacophonous from a flow standpoint and velocity standpoint (going in to a much larger volume cools the exhaust and slows velocity even further). BUT, the advantage is much better sound attenuation, which is why I suspect the strategy is used from the factory.

But then there is the camp that says 'Your exhaust doesn't matter on a supercharged truck so just make is sound good'. I have no idea either way, but that statement sounds too simplistic to me, judging by the gains realized by an exhaust and intake on many turbo charged vehicles (yes, I realize the turbo is exhaust driven, but it's still forced induction so I would think similar gains could be realized by a S/C vehicle).

If you're talking about their new equal length setup, you'll need the 26 gallon gas tank. If you have a 38 gallon tank, it won't work.

That last section is probably the catch. My understanding is the tube size matters for certain target HP goals, if this applies to S/C vs NA is a good question. Too big can be problematic too. Hopefully a pro/knowledgeable person answers you correctly.

The X-pipe crosses under the driveshaft where the 38 gallon fuel tank has an additional crossmember for strapping down.
