Pat is highly recommended in the Titan performance groups. Unfortunately, I called twice and even spoke to the desk but no return call. I’ve since spent that money on Trutrac and 4.88s. Keep us informed. I’m sure it’s soon to come.

The LX570 has an 8 and 10 speed. If someone could make that happen, I’d be all over it!

My experience was the complete opposite,I had no issues. I emailed and asked questions practical everyday for a week or two and then called a few days out to confirm drop off and that pick-up was still the same that they estimated to me originally. The original plan was drop off and pick up on Saturday, exactly one week they said they could have it completed. I ended up taking off work Thursday as is was ready 2 days early.

I can say that they are busy, parking lots full, all lifts had customers vehicles being worked and they have maybe 2-3 techs and Pat still working on the bench and at least 2 different ladies that work the desk. I wouldn't let disconnect between the front test prevent you from utilizing their services. If you'd like me to do anything let me know, I got you.

I appreciate you! I’m still on board. Hopefully, the lower gears will take a little stress off of the transmission for now.

No kidding. If we could drop a 10 speed in our trucks.... I remember reading the 8 speed isn't a real mpg or performance improvement due to the only significant difference being in the lower gears for a smoother take off.

Sounds like what I ran across, I went down this rabbit hole last year and really only found shifting and "wandering" complaints from the LC200 8 speeds.

I found a company that has long tube headers in stock! Steelworks system, hopefully I will see them this week.

Haha I was like oh interesting new headers company! My ARH + DD 3” system I think is about 50% of the wait time down, looking forward to it! All these companies make the flanges fit the stock exhaust so they’re way necked down if trying to make a 3” system (ARH full system possibly 3” flange, but sounds like their dual pipes are not actually 3” as claimed).

I waited 3 months for ARH from Prospeed, and they said they weren't even made yet, so I cancelled the order last month, found these in stock.

You will really like the 3 inch system. I've had it since 2013. I haven't looked into other headers as I have the JBA LT's. Keeping at least 1 stock cat or a 400cell high flow seemed to keep the SC pressure stable with little loss.

Hopefully the cats will hold up, if not they will be coming off.

I have one per side of 200 metal cell catalyst. Kept my pressure up, seemed enough for backpressure. I used 1 off brand that imploded. Now only running 1per side. The magnaflow metal cats have held up for the past 10 years running 10psi with LTs and 3 inch dual exhaust. I think I lost 1psi since removing the bad cats. **Actually lost 1.5 to 2 psi with one 200 cell high flow cat after data logging.

SW is what I am running. Very happy with them. They sound great. Little bit of the surging/AFR ping ponging at start idle but usually goes away after driving around.

    Hey,
I just wanted to put this out there for anyone who may have this issue.
I thought I bricked my ecu. I had no power, communication, with obd port to ecu and no codes all fuses good. I bought a ecu and still no luck. I stumbled upon a video and post concerning the 5 volt constant for the ecu. It was my aip pump connection.
Thanks @Fastlane47 and @snivilous for the help and suggestions. Now I need to get some data logging done.

Curious to see what you think of them. Dyno Comp who did my tuning recommended the Stainless Works headers to me. They quoted a hair over $4K installed if that helps any for a reference point.

Edit: The $4K included the headers, gaskets, install, and revision to the tune along with a new dyno run.

I have both - I can’t find an advantage for the 8 speed - especially when carrying a load or towing. The benefit a lower first gear is negated for me by the confusion/hesitation it can get at speed selecting a gear under acceleration. If 8 isn’t better I don’t see the point of 10.

Need to check and see if transmission tuning is unlocked for those in HPTuners. That sounds like the same issues the 3rd Gen Tacoma's trans has, and that can be tuned away for the most part

Confirmed for the 14th of August!! Feels like Christmas!

If anyone has any suggestions of things to do in Richmond, VA; please let me know. That is where my install is. Hoping I can work remote out of the Hotel so I don't have to burn vacation days. I was told 2 days for install and tune but now they are saying 3.

It's the 5th of these. It'll go on in the morning, the one I had to powdercoat will be the spare.
