I talked to @ColoradoTJ and got control of the first page of the thread. I'm gonna use it as an information dump so it's easy to reference. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions I'll add them. I figure use it to list part numbers and links (belts, couplers, injectors, fuel pumps, tuning, etc.). I only have experience with the Magnuson so have no idea what those specifics are in regards to the Harrop or Whipple.

    Added money to it.
Could mention something about the throttle body extension harness for the harrop. Might have been just a small batch that had issues but might be worth touching on that. I forget the exact code it threw but it was something about the throttle body voltage being too low or high.

That's what I used to replace the spring loaded coupler on the Tacoma with, the ZZP greenie. want to say it was like $50. Weird that the Taco magnusun has a spring loaded coupler but the tundra has a solid one by default

To make it easier, we could start a shared google word document, make it a Wiki of sorts. Let others contribute, then you can have final say to post it to the front page

The biggest issue for Harrop is women can't keep their undergarments on.

In all seriousness +1 for TB harness. The Heat exchanger leak caused by not using the recommended Toyota coolant may be note worthy. I don't know of any other outstanding issues with the Harrop at this time.

Thanks for tackling this. I'll dig up what I can on engine limits, PS has a good article that was linked.

I believe the failed HXs were just a bad run of them in the early production blowers. Not necessarily related to not using the right coolant. I used the yellow ford coolant actually as specified in the installation manual, no issues. Just for the sake of accuracy if it gets added to the first post.

I went and spoke to him. He doesn't build motors for anything but his own projects mostly. He said I could just as easily buy the parts from him and have anyone build it but I really wanted a Tundra expert on it. I'll ultimately probably just have ProSpeed do it for the simple fact that everything is in-house and they can work through any hurdle imaginable as well as handle the tuning.

Didn’t someone much earlier on here or somewhere post up some place in Florida or somewhere builds Tundra 5.7 motor to 1200 HP on pump gas?? Only 25K That would be fun to blow some coin!!

Having a build motor in a Tundra would be nice! Other than our friend in Canada is there a Tundra that has a built full blown HP rig that is on the street and not on a track?

I only ask because I have never heard of one and wondering why they are not more prevalent. I know the motors are a different beast but with the technology available one would think that there would be more out there???

On Facebook there's quite a few guys with fully built engines. Viktor is the only one on the forum as far as I know.

Here's something for the front page! This would've been super useful for me to have in the beginning. These are part numbers for Superchargers Online Magnuson fit kit parts (not Toyota part numbers).

I had to order this oil line kit from SCOL because the one I got from Toyota didn't include the larger line at the top of package. So if anyone needs the smaller one at the bottom, I've got an extra. It's the Thermostat Bypass Manifold

There’s at least 3-4 700+whp trucks on Facebook. Quite a few that are likely 600+whp some of which aren’t even built but probably pushing the limits.

Idk, I just googled the part number that came on my oil cooler kit, and found that PDF image from SCOL. It does look like all of it though

XAT said this? I was on the phone with the dude there a few weeks ago and said I could send them mine for them to do it. I’m still waiting to get on the hub dyno to see where the hp is at. When I showed up to the dyno they didn’t have an adapter that would fit around the hub so they had to order one.

Yea, Andrew. He may do it if I brought him just the motor but that's what I'm trying to avoid... Getting multiple shops involved.

I've talked to him a few times since but haven't dug any deeper yet since I'm not quite ready to make any moves yet. Don't want to just be kicking tires.

Oooh ya that makes sense. Ya it would be way easier to have one shop do everything.
