Do y’all use the reducer with the 3/8 hose for the intake port on the harrop?

I’m thinking that may be the issue is I used the 1/2” tube on the intake port because the directions say to do that on the late model tundras. But because of the Harrop is different and not the same size. I don’t think the clamp holds it tight enough so I’m going to try the reducer and use the 3/8” tube on the intake port. But ya when you get into it let me know if you what you think.

Yes, the other port is green that’s deeper in there. It’s kind of tough to get the other hose on there because there’s not much room when the S/C is already installed.

yup...when I 1st had the S/C installed, the snout connection is what caused my vacuum error. I put a small pipe band on it to make it fit.

I'll do my best to be more professional when I put the CC in....or not.

    don't remember

but it went away when I clamped that hose under the snout.

my installer used a flimsy spring tightener and the hose was loose under there. (like you said - wrong size)

Never any issues on mine. I'd run whatever is a tight fit, maybe add some grease or rtv between the nipple and the intake pipe if you think it's leaking there. I also use proper hose clamps for all the connections instead of the factory spring ones.

If I remember correctly, the green part is off the PCV and goes into included 3/8” line to the catch can. The 1/2” return line needs to reduce down (with included 3/8” reducer) to connect to port under blower.

My truck originally had the stock hose from PCV to blower with tons of slop at the snout connection, reusing a spring clamp. I don’t know how it didn’t throw a code.

Is the dip stick screwed in? I opened it once with the engine running and was surprised how much vacuum there was.

You can also start with a non Raptor, gen 2 is mostly the same as normal F150, before getting the Tundra I was ready to do a Raptor Jr (with the 2.7L EB), this thread even has parts list:
    https://www.f150forum.com/f118/2016-f-150-raptor-conversion-402182/

the 7.3L with supercharger is pretty wild, these guys are logging 4.3s 0-60 with a superduty

    https://youtu.be/LkQI0xOZsoA

With guys working on turbo kits, I also can't wait what they are going to cook up, may be some proper twin turbo kit.

Thank you. I have a 2019 w/5:29's and 37's, I'm saving my penny's and couldn't see why I wouldn't just go to a STG 2 from the start (knowing myself so well, lol)
I appreciate the update and the recommendation of Peitz. Mind sharing what the time with Peitz cost you ? Ballpark is fine

This is the first time I've posted in this thread so hi! I've been a slacker. I supercharged my 19 Pro back in March and just have not posted about it. I guess now that the excitement has worn off i have found the time. I am both happy and not. The Magnuson tune is just eh. Primarily i hate how the transmission feels. I've reached out to @ViktorG in hopes that he will take a look at it. IMG_9226.jpg IMG_9225.jpg

I told my wife the supercharger only cost me $3500. She said wow that's expensive. I've learned to always cut the price of my mods in half.

OTT did mine also. Also just an update with the 75mm pulley. I’m going to swap out the fuel lines this weekend because I don’t think the stock fuel lines are enough. It gets too lean at the very top. So I’m going to use Viktor’s budget fuel line idea. It’s so close, so we will see if that is enough, if not I’ll swap in the 450 LPh fuel pump and that should do it. It’s probably better to not have the rails daisy chained anyway.
