I have the Radium dual and the PVC side is the only can that sees any fluid. I have not been collecting my ass fluid either. There hasn't been much though.

Is that where the Maggie ressie sits stock? If so may be an issue for a Stillen.
Harrop intercooler ressie is up by the blower passenger side.

It seems like the TRD ones are mounted here, and the "current" Magnuson branded Magnuson's mount them on the driver's side of the supercharger.

Interesting. I only noted it since I think @M3Tundra-JK is going with the Maggie ... I think

This is correct. New fit kit moves it to away from the rad area.

I haven't mocked anything up yet but it's gonna be interesting since I got the larger 20-row setrab trans cooler on the left side, and the 26"x7"x3" Type 101 Intercooler for the TRD s/c.

Where mine is looks way more convenient, easy to move the hoses around and nothing blocking the driver's side injectors and hardware.

Quick observation. Since I'm still waiting for my liners to come in I made a block off plate to keep water out of the intake ports in the wheel well. So rather than sucking in cool air it's currently pulling from the engine Bay Area. Huge difference in IAT temps. Also why I'm considering redoing the intake completely to help keep water out and gain clearance. Ambient outside 50s I was seeing 80-90* IAT instead of my usual 10* over.

This is a great place to route exhaust too, results so good you’ll forget all about your IAT woes. It will take your breath away.

Just swapped the old mans for this one. Said it's a nice unit only concern was the where the electrical plug connects. Said doesn't feel as solid when it clicks but has had no issues so far. Minor but wanted to note it.

Another guy said the same thing and they sent him another one. Did he do anything extra to secure or has it been fine by itself?

I do. I sell it to my neighbor who owns a Ford. I tell him it is bottled Tundra reliability. He has to rub it on his engine once a month to keep the gremlins away.

    We don't talk anymore.

You may be able to mend the relationship if you adjust your marketing terminology. May I recommend using @snivilous patented terminology of “ass fluid”.

The real story was that I offered to rub it on his wife's tits. My internal monologue often goes live.

Oh. Well in that case, my suggested nomenclature sounds borderline disturbing for that particular application.

...or a really great time. Depending on what one may be into.

On a serious note catch can users need to empty their cans in winter if they live in sub zero areas.

I’d be interested in hearing some before and after data on the larger pump. Usually when there is a large Delta between 2 mediums, more flow doesn’t translate to a proportional amount of heat transfer. Hot water heating for example, as a rule of thumb you can get 90% of the heat transfer from the water with just 10% of flow. That is probably a bit higher delta between the mediums though usually (like heat from 180 degree water transferring to 70 degree air). I don’t even know the intercooler fluid typical temp, but I’d guess its usually a good 70 degrees higher than the ambient temp or so. I should measure it with my pipe clamp thermocouples one day in and out of the intercooler.

Plus googling "ass fluid" leads to questionable results.

I’ll post here instead of the transmission thread because it’s really just for the harrop guys. But i relocated the transmission cooler to the bumper. My IAT’s are back to normal now. Just ran the hoses under everything. This is the 15 row. 9FE81060-4D85-4687-A39F-63C61B17EE70.jpg45D8E1F5-E374-40DC-982B-F1FC3287BCB9.jpg9860CBE3-5A3B-41A9-8A2D-78297A789884.jpg
