    IMG_4643.jpg Hey all,
My name is Ben, I live in Saskatchewan Canada. Purchased my gen1 this summer after plenty of screwing around. Black 2005 DC Limited. She’s got high mileage and a list of work to be done, but I’m really liking the truck so far and enjoying it more and more with each repair that I do. I’ve been frequenting this forum a lot and it’s been great help with the repairs and learning about these trucks. I’ll probably post a build thread eventually, though I’m not looking to do anything too exciting to it, just wanting to smooth out the wrinkles and get myself a cool reliable daily.
    Glad to be here. thanks

Thanks! It was previously owned by a Toyota mechanic and then passed on to a farmer who used it as a gravel sled for a year. Lots of clapped out rubber on this thing. So I’m currently working on sorting out all the shakes and rattles, trying to get it back to smooth running condition. Slow and steady, but “reliable by winter” is the goal.
