    Truck looks great.

Out of curiosity, what's the benefit of doing both the Dr. KDSS track bar bracket and the Dobinson adjustable track bar?

DR KDSS levels the bar, Dobinson adjustable track bar centers the axle. Depending on the lift height its possible to do both with the KDSS. I am +1" lift in the rear on my Pro and the axle is off dead center by 1/32" with only the Dr KDSS bracket. Panhard bar is 1 degree from level set to the first hole of the DR KDSS Bracket and stock it was 2.6 degrees. Close enough for me.

A level track bar makes a huge difference in how the truck handles any kind of bumps at speed. I installed the DrKDSS bracket and I'm very satisfied with my purchase. You cannot achieve the same result with an adjustable track bar. Like was explained above, they fix different problems. Really, any lift will start to draw the axle out of center. It's just not very noticeable at a 1" lift. But it's basically a fixed pivot point that getting farther (lifted) from it's engineered resting point.

As far as road manners and what you'll feel driving your truck - a level track bar will be much more noticable. Try hitting speed bumps in a parking lot at 10ish mph before and after the KDSS bracket and you'll feel the difference.

My truck never came with mudflaps but I’m fairly positive from most videos/posts I’ve seen of people running 35s that the mudflaps would need to be removed.

Is it an absolute must have with 1” rear lift? No, but it will help.

I'm on 37's with +12 offset 17's and a 3"/2" lift. I kept my rear mudflaps, but the fronts had to go.

One of my favorite wheels. Had this on my FJ and almost got it again for the Tundra.

    I am hoping I don't have that problem.I ran at 305 /70/18 which is a tad smaller/narrower then a true 35 inch tire

Definitely a bit boring compared to the beautiful trucks in this forum, but I decided to upgrade my look without changing size, due to towing considerations. But I’m definitely happy with the upgrade.

By the way, I’m open to any input from this knowledgeable group on a fair asking price for my TRD Off-Road takeoffs.

Wheels are 95mm hub centric for the 2022+ Tundra (no hub rings needed).

Approximate weight per corner with 35x12.50R17 Toyo ATIII = 83lbs (24lbs per wheel + 59lbs per tire).

    Lots of stuff!
I just sold my TRD OR wheels (18” black with the machined outer edge) The ones that we get in Canada. I sold all 4 plus the spare steel wheel, black lugs and locks for $400 cdn pesos. More about clearing the storage area!

It looks great. I've been seriously considering Method 707 18X9 +18s and running 265/70R18s or 275/70R18s. I don't want to lift the truck. Do you have any pics from the front/rear? I'm wondering what the offset looks like at stock height. I'll keep my OEM rims as winters.

How do the LT KO2s ride compared to the stock Michelins? I was thinking about running Michelin Defender LTX (I spend a lot of time on the hwy and towing) or maybe Toyo A/T3. I'm wondering if the ride will take a noticeable hit with Method wheels and LT tires vs stock.

I put the KO2’s on with the stock wheels last year, and just put the Method wheels on today, so it’s difficult for me to draw a direct comparison from the stock wheel and tire setup to now. Definitely feels a little stiffer, but I ran KO2’s on my previous Tacoma for years, so the ride seems very familiar to me.

    Here’s a side shot…slight poke.

Thanks! Looks great. Basically exactly what I was hoping for. I'm more convinced it's the right choice now. KO2's are great tires. I have them on another truck.

I got the newer Westcott Designs 3/2 lift that has the 3" TRD lift struts / shocks.

Rides great, not harsh. I don't have experience with the regular Westcott preload lift, but I can say this one rides good.

As long as you have the red axles or silver axles, then no. You can't go with this lift if you have the black axles... or, I Guess you can, but you'd need to buy the red or silver axles

My truck has the TRD off Road pkg, so it has the red axles.

You my friend are a life saver !! I have been lurking in these threads trying to figure out the perfect lift /tire / wheel / offset combo and I think I like yours the best option !!
I was initially gonna go with the trd 3” lift but since I am not really doing any “real” off-roading this might work for me !
So instead of a $2500 lift I can do this I think

    PRODUCT #35207.5B
    By Westcott Designs
2022-’24 TOYOTA TUNDRA TRD PRELOAD COLLAR LIFT KIT
    :$515
    Trd 3 inch shocks front and back : PTR13-34330 x2 PTR13-34310 x2
    $115x2= $230
    $120x2=$240
    Optional:
    Red spring PTR62-34310:
    $52x2=$104

    Total $1089 + $700 install cost

So would you recommend I get the $130 tundra tire clearance kit just in case I decide to do 37s in the future ? Or even if I don’t it just gives e extra clearance correct ?

also please some more pics of the poke , i know depending on the angle of the pic it can look like less or more poke . Thanks in advance !

Second this question. I recently threw on 37x12.5 BFG KO2s with 17x8.5 (0 offset) RRWs. Paired with an ICON lift. Got a BMC and some of the fender liner was trimmed. For the most part I’m not rubbing, unless on full lock. Seeing how others are trimming to avoid rub.

some plate it, some don’t. Running 37s, I’ve decided not too. Every centimeter matters :)
