Any idea on what the truck is going to weigh in at when your done?

 

hard to say cause we have added and lost weight, the scales will have to tell

 

Rear seat mounts in. Tabbed in all 3 spots so seat is adjustable where you want to place it

I wanted to keep 4x4. Very rarely do I use it but there’s been a few times. I had areas where 2wd just wouldn’t cut it. Even with a huge run up. I found this out the hard way losing 4wd on a trip in Baja. Center mount also just wasn’t in the budget. One day I’m sure I’ll splice and cut it up and go full tube chassis and center mount but we are at least 5+ years out from that so just wanted to make something fun with the budget I had.

 

Put a 4400 center mount on it. You can keep 4x4.

Mounts for interior lights. Opted for 4 kc cyclones in red to preserve vision at night when driving. Front two are closer together mounted above the center console area. Back two are in each coroner of the cab

 

Plate to cover windshield bars of the cage. Dash center piece where it was trimmed to tie in was so small and barely hanging on so it was cut completely out and covered by said plate. 50/50 if I want to coat it in black steel it

 

I'd coat it. Never know what kind of reflections you might get from it. OR, wrap it in real carbon fiber with a matte finish.

not racing so helmets not needed. Already had a set of rugged oth alpha bass intercoms so dropping that system in the center console

40k for all this? That is a bargain, Steve does amazing work. I'm renting his old spot and it blows me away what he was capable of doing in this space.

 

Give or take a little. But it’s between 40-45. They were way too busy for that small space years ago. Plus it was a pain in the ass to get my tool truck in there
