2013 Tundra w/ 175000 miles. noticed fuel smell and now can see fuel leaking from a cylindrical part above the tank with wires going into it and kind of over the frame. This is near the front of the tank near the front tank strap. Kind of between the frame and the tank. What is this? I'm sure I need to drop the tank to replace it but did a search and can't find what it is.
Thanks Also right against the emergency brake line.

Edit: I am posting a picture and you can see it is above the frame. The fuel is coming out of the little hole. You can see it is wet below the hole. It only leaks when there is fuel pressure, also the truck is starting a little bit harder since the leak
