Does anyone have any suggestions of how to make the front bumper license plate screw holes less noticeable? Ohio recently did away with the front plate requirement and I just removed mine.

Maybe using the small ones to plug it.

I like the way you think, but not in the budget!

I do have some touch up paint so I might try to add one of these and then just paint them!

Ah, I just realized you had the color matched insert... I think my wife's old Explorer was white, so I primed and painted those and it worked well.

I plugged up mine on 2010 and that was actually more noticeable then me just leaving the two of them empty on my 2017.

Found these in my garage today from my past truck.
It will work for now. Either way I can remove them with no issues later if I dont like them!

    Working on it!
Harbor Freight has a small soldering iron (call it a plastic welder) which you could use some of the plastic rods to fill the holes. Tape outside surface and fill from inside...will create a pretty smooth finish which could be lightly sanded with some very high grit sandpaper.

I would use a couple of appropriately sized black rubber plugs.
