Front inner fender wells.

I know for sure of one of the fabric type liners are missing. Why they're fabric makes no sense. But also was wonder what else I'm missing?

Does anyone know the purpose of that lower flap secured with 2 small bolts in the very last picture? I was thinking about removing them because of the occasional rub on my tires.

 

its supposed to push the air around your tire to decrease wind resistance and increase gas mileage.

 

i removed all that plastic crap and it stop the rubbing issue I haven't had any problems so far its not really needed I had also removed this before on my taco

Awesome, thanks for the picks. I think I will go to Toyota and see if I can order those. I want to keep mud and dirt from being slung in to the inside of the bumper
