I did the same but I was not able to get it perfect. The gap is still slightly wider between the bumper and grill on the passenger side. I raised that side all the way up. The dealership tried but couldn’t get it any better. I’ve taken it to a body shop and they said the bumper is straight but the grill is slightly off. They say they snap together and there’s no way to shim it and make it better, and that all vehicles are a little off here or there. Anyone got any ideas? It’s a 2021, I bought it new, no accidents.

Maybe you can eliminate that with a color matched bulge and surround. :D

mine looks like yours. even took it to the dealership to have it fixed. they said they couldnt. took it to a body shop, they said they could BUT there is very little to no adjustment. It would still look a bit crooked.
I got over it and it doesn't bother me any more but it's always there and I can always see it. I'll use that as an excuse to my wife to replace my bumper in the future

    Too many, but not enough....
My 21 has this too. I am taking it as a sign to upgrade the front bumper with the victory 4x4 strike bumper asap.

My rear one is off set to one side a little. Never noticed it until I saw this post and it made me go look.

My front bumper is off as described and it is driving me nuts. I took it to the dealership and hey said I had to schedule an appointment for it (and fixing the Toyota-branded tonneau - issue described in another post by someone). I did so and brought it in. Over two days later I call for an update and waited for hours to get the update. Finally got a call.

Long story short, they said they won’t fix the bumper because all the Tundras on the lot were the same. Also, they need approval for a “courtesy” something-or-other to fix the less than a year old accessory.

I am rather heated about this as they had my car for over two days and did nothing. Then said that they wouldn’t do anything because they are all messed up, as if that makes it right.

I'd be upset too. Sounds like your dealer is the biggest part of the problem. I'd try another dealer just to see if you get the same silly excuses for not doing anything.

That makes no sense to me. They totally agreed mine was an issue and fixed it. The SA noted to me that "we found some others on the lot like this, we'll need to fix those too."

Update: the lady is trying to do some sort of “courtesy” thing for the tonneau cover. She thinks it’ll be approved so she went ahead and ordered the “part.” When I asked which part, she replied “the tonneau cover.” So, instead of applying some epoxy or putting in a new screw, they plan to just replace it!! Huh?

Also, with regards to the crooked bumper, she said that is how it was designed and there is no way to fix it. I was more baffled after the explanations!

They couldn’t fix mine either. I ended up selling it to Carmax for 5k more than I paid for it.

Have you tried making adjustments to it yourself? You can make adjustments to the front bumper by raising or lowering either side. It's pretty simple, 2 bolts directly behind the fog light. Lift/lower/tighten, done. Dealerships can be silly or picky on repairs.

I just attempted to fix mine following instructions in this thread. I improved it but it seems impossible to get it perfect. Something else in the truck is slightly off. It's much better than it was so I guess that'll have to do.

I also broke off one of the plastic clips that holds the splash guards on both driver and passenger side. Seems secure without them but I may order replacement clips.
