:wave:Yikes, get that truck to a competent shop, could be a bunch of things. The loose nut on the tie rod end speaks volumes. Here is what I can help with, the coils are the correct part number, Fox 0” - 3” coilovers are 3”+, no less(kinda bullshit). The passenger side will be a little under 3” lift, but it is too far down, needs at least 2 threads showing or the coil will be loose at full droop. You generally want about 6 more threads showing on the driver side to preserve the factory lean, or 9 if you want it level. Could be a bunch of things, low nitrogen, alignment cams not zeroed for ride height, bad coil spring, wrecked, maybe a combination of issues. Regardless, your stuck at 3” front lift with your coilovers, switch or lift the back.

I think you found the problem.. The passenger side coilover is loaded with more preload hence why it's higher than the driver side front. The driver side rear is lower because of the increased preload on the passenger side coilover.

Had my Fox 2.5 reservoir with adjusters setup installed by Mikes Toys and the results are the same. Drivers side has plenty of threads showing, passenger side has none. No performance issues, but it does seem off. Called Fox they basically said get bent blamed the Tundra lean.

Fox is the shittiest when it comes to customer support. I've never had any other company give less shits about customer concerns or even safety.

When I had mine inI think I put the drivers side up about 1 to 1.5 threads, That looks ridiculous though and I mostly stare at rocks all day.

When I was shopping for the tundra, they didn't give me the time of day to answer my questions aside from "we make the shocks for Ford and Toyota, we know what we are doing". Found that to be a little arrogant IMO.

I, previous to noted above, had very good luck with them in regards to support, from rebuild instructions to part drawings. But my last interaction put a sour taste in my mouth.

Just an update, took it to a much better shop and confirmed all part numbers matched and were the same but the diameters on the coils measured differently. Putting on a pair of 6112 and sending coils back to Fox and if I am lucky hopefully they will swap coils out for matching ones, then I will be selling the Fox setup. They tried to charge me $180 for new coils without them seeing it even though it was oneof their preferred dealers. Couldn't justify giving them any more money based on this experience.

Did you go with the 2.5 reservoir? And how do you like them?

I guess I'm the only one who gets correspondence from FOX. I LOVE my setup and I always get the best interaction with em. Then again I get good info from Icon as well. King not so much because I don't push that much of it.

I have these same shocks and haven't any performance issues with my set up. I'm also not a mechanic. I would have to double check the levels but I'm pretty sure mine are set all the way up right now on both sides.
