Fortin RF remote key doesn't lock/unlock doors

Just wondering if anyone else had and fixed this issue before.

I have a 2017 Tundra with EVO ONE installed using both TOY2 and TOY7 harness. I also added RF642W remotes. I followed the instructions to the T. Everything seems to work fine except I can't lock/unlock my doors using the RF remotes; nor it doesn't seem to turn on/off the alarm.

Using the OEM remote is fine. Except once I remote start, I can't remotely unlock my door. Is that intentional?
