    Seems like one could be easily made with a piece of flat stock, a couple of bolts with square nuts that fit into the channel , and a couple of U-bolts to fit the flagpole.

    I run a whip flag 24/7, probably not exactly what you're trying to do. When not in use, I bend it down to the bed rail cleat.
