2nd decision made. Going from 20’s to 17’s. Now I need some new shoes for them and sell the Methods!

Coincidence! I was searching Facebook Marketplace for a long time for “Tundra Wheels.” The picture this guy posted was just of the tire tread. I clicked on it and saw the other pictures and they were rock warriors . He had “Rock Warriors” in the description but I think people just scrolled by pictures only seeing tire tread. That’s my guess anyway. Plus he was asking like $1800. Made a few offers back and forth over 4 days.

48EA95FA-3507-422C-9EE8-8FF8BB932F28.jpg Okay, put the Fox TRD Pros on and it’s now 1” lower in the front. Still waiting on tires. Hopefully, next week. I’ll see how it handles and feels with the 17’s. For now I like the stance and may just stick with airbags unless the springs are looking flat.

Well, I think I'm actually done for the time being. New suspension, new wheels, and stella got her rake back. So far the airbags are riding nice and holding the level. I think the front skid plate and Desert Eagle cat plate helped bring the front down a tad.

How much lift do you think the HD pack would give with no weight in the back? How does it ride??

Ride quality is firm with only a couple hundred pounds. We just did ~12hrs in the truck to NC and back for a class; granted I had about 350lbs in the bed and another 100lbs in the back seat. You can tell it is a little oversprung, but not jarring or bouncy. The best way to describe it is like street driving a car who's spring rate is more appropriate for a road course. It still has tons of flex though and is great off road. The front is just happy as a clam over everything and also not harsh in any way. Overall, a better ride than stock

So with the HD pack and the Toytec shackles on the lowest setting; with 230lbs in the bed (just the drawers), I'd imagine I'm in the neighborhood of 4"? This is a horrible picture with that much weight, but you can just barely make out where the bottom of the flares are. I never even thought to measure the truck stock

Just ordered the Decked system. Pretty amped up about this one. I'm going to install and check the sag. Will also try and remember to get measurements before install although I forgot to get measurements before the cap install. Ready to install Firestone bags if I have to.

Before adding the Decked I measured 23.5 inches on both sides in the rear and after install at 23" I can see the slight sag and I don't have it loaded down or my RTT on yet. Bags are the next purchase, soon. It's really hard leaving a Toyota alone! I would say it's near impossible. :spending:

I told her this is the last thing it needs... I left out it's the last thing it needs, right now.. Stereo up next.

If anyone wants to diy or get a fab shop to add two factory leaf packs together I would sell mine in Greenville SC. My fab guy has done this to his and he loves it. It’s also adjustable depending on how many leafs you add.
