Those might be important wires, but also I would look on the fuse box in case you need to add a fuse for the fogs

The switch is on the column stalk with the headlights. Headlights have to be on to flip the fogs on.

Don't you need to install a relay?

Research the Fog Light Mod while you at it. You may want to do it at the same time. Good Luck

I believe you can do a fog light add by using a relay and doing the wiring to an OEM-type switch installed in the dash. Like adding a light bar in essence. You could then have your fogs on whenever you like without depending on the stalk headlight stalk/switch to be on. If I didn't have fog lights already that came with my truck, that is probably the way I would add them.

I installed the relay on the backside of the fuse box turned on my lights on turn the fog light switch on which is on the steering column and the brights came on so now I'm really puzzled I guess I might just run a new wire for the fog lights.
