did you use a rocker / aftermarket switch of the sort, or all controlled by your headlight-stalk?

All controlled by the headlight stalk. The only time I wanted them off was when I had park lights off. The guy in the video used a switch it should be pretty simple. Let us know what u do.

fog lights comes on even if you want to use only your park lights

Any problems with this to date yet? Anyone plug it into a hot wire + to allow anytime control from factory switch inside cab like the Tacoma. Love momentum this is finally getting.

Question was whether anyone plugged the wire into a positive terminal rather than grounding it as in post 59. Theory is that the stalk fog selector would function as it does on a Tacoma.

I think someone explained why this wouldn’t work on the tundra but hell if it does let us know, give it a go.

I did it to my Tacoma I don’t see why it wouldn’t work on the tundra but when I was researching I thought I read somewhere it would work and has to be grounded but I could be wrong. I never use the stalk selector it’s always be on Full time. This just lets me run them with parking lights and hi beams now.

I think page 2 of this thread pretty much nails it down.

Ok, gotcha. If I were doing mine, that is probably how I would do them. Get an OEM-looking switch to break the negative wire part of the circuit and make them anytime fogs.
