Fog light bulbs

Why n the H*#$ did Toyota use H16 bulbs for fog lights I can't find anywhere autozone advance auto oriellys what can we use as replacements without any wire cutting or extra harness anyone know a solution don't have funds yet for led kit really want baja designs but saving for suspension kit anyways another bulb we can use???

 

I have kensung led I got off ebay for cheap. They really light up the ditches and sides of the roads! Only issue was that I had to reverse the polarity for them to work. Inside the plug of the light I just cut the little tab out with a utility knife then shrink wrapped the connections.
