looking for info on the fog light anytime mod. I have a 2013 RW crewmax. Not looking to cut any wires, but i am open to running an aux switch. I want to be able to control them independently. I have seen guys bend the tab on the fog relay and run that wire back to a switch and hit the other side to ground. Can anybody point me in this direction?

Try the search tool. There is a list of DIY mods somewhere on here, it will be on that.
