Without  I'm not a big flare fan, but they look a lot better than the Hideous bushwacker flares. My buddy put them on his F-150 and I was speechless. I did tell him he might want to go up in tire size.:D

Just know that after having flares on, once taken off there may be color difference since the area under it is pit of the sun. And the rubber seal around the flare edges could also have left scratches.
Ask me how I know :anonymous:

Don't care for fender flares. Unless your wheels are really looking out

I feel like fender flares are an easy way to trap salt and speed up the corrosion process. They do look good with big tires though, and look awful without big tires.

    Same here....
If I had it to do over again, I would have gone without.
I had the dealership add flares when I bought my 2014 SR5.

The offset of the stock wheels looks awful with my flares.
Thought about removing them (I do remove them when I polish and wax) but the rubber seal has left a deep line embedded in the paint that will not buff out..

My next Tundra will NOT have fender flares..

Hmm, about 7am to 1 pm no flares. Though after lunch and thru the evening I feel flares are an appropriate attire.

Flares have to serve a purpose. If your're slinging mud on the side of your truck because your tire sticks out, yes, you need a flare. But if your wheel and tire is well inside the well, then no. I bought the OEM flare due to the plastic is color matched to the body not painted. But my flare is not enough to keep the mud off the side of the truck, but a lot better than without. I still have to go to the car wash twice or three time a week.

Base on your truck photos, yes, keep them since you have an aggressive tire that will sling a lit of mud and grime on the side of your trick and mirror.

I like flares if your tires stick out enough to make it look right.

OEM wheels; no flares. Tires with an offset that make them stick out significantly past the body line, then flares can look good.

For instance, this one (random internet photo) looks good with flares.

I thought about it but decided to stay with the small factory ones......but.... the ones in the back are for covering up the metal that is missing. I'm talking quite a bit of metal, original Toyota will not work any more, these are from a Dodge ram, but hey, more clearance. The bed cost me $125 with the bed liner.
