Thanks, we love it. Already bought a dash cam as that will be the first addition to it. It's going to be a daily for the next couple of years. We're hoping to add another Toyota by then and then we're hoping to wheel the FJ.

Edit: I know what the group thinks of the CAI on the Tundras but what is the sitch with the 4.0L V6? Would we get better performance out of something like the TRD CAI or aftermarket?

Thanks! I've looked into getting one. The 'boss' is the one dailying the FJ so she's been hesitant on the snorkels.

I would say its the same. I did the trd filter with the carbon filter delete. The only thing I would like is the dirtydeeds exhaust but I'm still undecided

I was thinking of doing the SABM on this one like I did on my Tundra but I have not seen if it is doable

Right?!?! It's like when a woman gives you that response after she's had her bra on all day and she's taken it off. ;)

I have been considering the DD exhaust. Love it on my Tundra.

It's a 2014 TTUE. It's just under 57k. We were specifically looking for either the Heritage Blue/Cavalry or white on a 2013/2014.

I had found one just like yours at the dealer I work at but they wanted 35 or 37k. Very low miles all stock and clean. It had 33k miles on it.

It's got some surface/weld rust. I want to get it cleaned up but nothing I can't handle. I believe it was first bought out of Iowa, so it must've seen a good bit of snow.

    I'm in Texas.

Yeah, starting to find that that's a good deal at this point with low miles like that. I would've snatched that up if it came my way.

My limit was 28k price point. Mine is super clean all around but does have some miles. But does look like it had not been offroad. Seems like all highway miles.

Lol, yeah. Our limit was 32k. We went over that because someone "needed" this version. She loved the CRAWL control and and wanted to make sure it had all the bells and whistles an FJ can come with. The TTUE was just a bonus.

Yeah, the 2013 TT was next on the radar if we couldn't find a good 2014.

Yours looks really clean. I'll definitely be looking at your build for some inspiration.

So far RCI rock sliders, Rci transmission, transfer, engine, rear link skid, and front radiator area skid. I have headlights being made by BX built custom. Reszfab is fabricating the rear upper and lower control arms as well as the panhard bar.

I did read a thread on someone upgrading to add CRAWL control since you do have A-TRAC and prob RLD.

I've looked into it but it seems like you gotta change alot of items. But it don't make sense to be because the crawl control works of the A-trac the only difference is the speed nob pretty much a cruise control.

Any of you guys do any aftermarket headlights? I'm noticing the selection to be pretty limited. I'm wanting to get some kind of halo (angel eye) type headlights that either don't have gap in the housing or aren't retrofits. Tall order it seems.

I bought Piaa platinum h4 Leds on Amazon. A little less than $100. It has an adjustable beam pattern so you will not blind other drivers. Very good regular headlight beam highbeam could be a little better. I’ve had them on mine for three years and just put them on the wife’s this year. I like them a lot.
They are fanless and I haven’t had problems with them yet. It is recommended you disconnect your daytime running lights.

You can see the before and after on the adjustments here.

Those do look good. The trouble is, I want to get rid of the chrome housing, hence why I'm thinking aftermarkets that aren't retrofits. I may have to go that route as all my research is leading towards that as no brand I see seems reliable.
