    Hey everyone,
I just want to start off by saying I’m currently under my truck in my college dorm parking lot and need info ASAP. My truck had been neglected before I bought it and i am trying to get everything fixed.

All four of The bolts holding my transmission to the crossmember are gone and I was wondering what size i need to get to replace them. I have read about them getting loose over time and I’ve done hours of research but I can’t remember if there had been a post about replacing them (yes i use the search bar often).

Thanks for any help, I seriously appreciate it!

Hey Luke, this is part of a larger TSB which is one of many topics covered in this thread: https://www.tundras.com/threads/so-you-wanna-buy-just-bought-a-1st-gen-tundra-eh.115928/

The TSB that's linked in that thread - search that page for the word "clunks" and you'll find a link to it. It has all the part numbers you'll need. Use blue loctite on reinstall and torque to spec as indicated in the TSB. You don't need to buy a new crossmember UNLESS your existing xmember has hairline cracks.

Not a problem at all, and sorry for the name confusion (I edited to correct).

That frame looks awesome btw, can clearly tell it's a southern truck!
