    Still rolling stock baby....
    First pizza cook on the big green egg
    Wow can that thing cook
    First I can now get to 600 degrees or higher
    Second takes about 10 minutes
    Third next time use shredded cheese vs mozzarella in a ball that’s sliced
    Other then that was pretty darn good and the pizza stone gave the crust a nice crunch.

    I’d eat that pizza!

    With much humility, I offer one tip. Let it heat up longer before you cook next time. The radiant heat from the hot dome should help cook the top as quickly as the bottom. It will help you melt that fresh motz before the bottom of the crust chars.

    I need to get a thermal temp gun to get the temp of the stone as well
    But for a first pizza cook on a grill I think I did ok
