First car, and hopefully my last!

Hi everyone! I've had my first-gen for just over a year, and finally decided to join the forums. My Tundra (which I nicknamed Blue Ray) has been in the family since my uncle bought it new in '04, sold it to my grandpa around three years ago, who then passed it to me when he finished his home improvement stint.


My goal is to take good care of it so it can take good care of me, hence the title. And speaking of care, here's the improvements I've done to the truck up to this date:

• Removed most of the tint from the front windshield (except a strip at the top that acts like a sun visor).
• Removed the peeling tint from the front windows.
• Installed a tonneau cover.
• Performed some general maintenance (plugs, suspension work, fluids, etc).
• Replaced the gate (it was all bent up after my grandpa dropped material in the bed).
• ... and some other things I don't remember but have in the maintenance log somewhere.

I can't wait to become part of the Tundra community!
